Good Points: Extremely helpful, courteous, excellent service and advice. Nothing is too much trouble, if they don't have exactly your requirements then they will go to any length to provide.
Bad Points: None
General comments: Over the years, I have purchased various items, ie slippers, jackets, trousers, boots, skirt, waistcoats etc from Radford Leathers via internet and telephone. The service and quality is second to none. I have not hesitated in recommending them to others who have also had the benefit of the excellent services and products. Highly recommended, use with complete confidence.

I was treated brilliantly when visiting the Radford Leathers store.
I got directions by phone and the shop was easy to find.
As described a huge store with masses of choice.
I picked up a couple of jackets with no hassle either - no hard sell, just service.

Radford Leathers in the Midlands must be about the best leather store around. Great service and an unbelievable choice of quality leather and sheepskin clothing. Its like an Alladin's cave - I've not seen a store as good anywhere. They've even got accessories such as handbags, belts and sheepskin rugs, slippers and mittens.
