    Good Points: Location is phenomenal. Right on the beach and just at the bottom of the strip, so everythings just a short walk. Friendly staff.

    Bad Points: Bad rooms, small beds and terrible bathroom facilities in some rooms. Pool very small and not deep.

    General comments: I wouldn't recommend Hotel Gramatikakis. Although it is a fantastic location im sure its possible to find a higher quality hotel in a similair are for roughly the same price. However, if you dont care for hygeine and just want to party, then this is ideal.

    Will deffinatley be going back very soon!! Its right on the beach! Its exactly what you need if your young and lively because its minutes away from the nightlife, so if you get too drunk its certainly not that far to walk back!
    Its also on the beach! Our balcony overlooked the whole beach front so you could watch the sunset ect!

    Please do not look at the bad reviews and worry yourself, its a fantastic hotel, with fantastic staff in a fantastic place. Some other reviews make this out to be a bad hotel, so let me clear up some myths about this hotel;
    The maids come every day and they don't steal, whoever claims they come once in 2 weeks etc. are just lying
    It is literally 1 minute walk to the nearest club, and about 6 minutes to the end of the strip, not 15 minutes, that is just completely untrue.
    The rooms are basic, ...

    The Hotel Gramatikakis location is totally awesome! Bar open all night, everyone congrigates there at the end of the night. Located at the bottom of the strip so perfect place to start your night out. You can spend your days on the beach or by the pool because they are literally 10 metres from each other.

    When I first read reviews about Hotel Gramatikakis I thought the worst and then when I arrived I thought 'I wanna go home!!' But by the second night we'd completely settled in. The men behind the bar are the nicest people ever. Even though my mate got slightly electrocuted within an hour of being there it added to the laugh. I would definitely go back next year even if the breakfasts are disgusting. If you like your sleep don't stay here, you'll be up all night!

    When I read some of the reviews about the hotel, I started to panic that we were going to end up in a dump, but after the initial shock of how basic the rooms were, I started to calm down! Fair enough, I will agree, the rooms are basic but they are cleaned everyday, and you can hire fans, or buy them in one of the shops up the road, for about 20 euros! Not that bad! The Location is what you pay for, and there is a 24 hour bar at the hotel which serves great food! The man behind the bar was a top ...

    The only good thing about Hotel Gramatikakis is that is on the beach. it was a 10-15 minute walk from the nightlife which in the freestyle brochure said was a lot closer. The rooms were really dirty and were also tiny with only 2 beds that you nearly fell over when you walked in the room. The doors to the rooms didn't lock properly and would open at the slightest touch, which isn't very good for 2 young girls on there own. We paid to go bed & breakfast which was a waste of money as we ended up h ...
