I purchased my sony cmt-ep707 stereo in 2003 and love it.

It is a nice stereo that has served me well and still is serving me well. It meets and exceeds my "volume / sound" needs. The size is perfect for my limited space but it is easy to move it if I need too. This stereo includes a AM/FM radio, a 3 CD changer and a cassette player / recorder, remote control and a clock. There a lots of nice features on all of these such as timers to record radio shows, wake up to music "timer", fall asleep to music "auto shut off", AMS (finds the beginning of a track) on a tape and many other features. For as many features as it does have it is simple to use. It is much nicer that a "boom box". I highly recommend this stereo to anyone.

At $20 less it had far superior sound and absolutely no hiss in exactly the same configuration as the SONY. At 50 watts/channel a much richer sound flowed from the SHARP sys ...
