    Good Points: Very friendly staff perfect location very close to beach


    Bad Points: Basic rooms did not even have a kettle and look after your belongings as money went missing from my purse only nipped out for a minute came back and it was gone.


    General comments: Would love to go again but would be more careful next time, place is lovely so are the people overall had a great holiday

    I found the bar staff excellent. They made it one of the best holidays ever. Drink up the Sambuca. The rooms were standard, but that's all you need when you're away; somewhere to lay your head and have a shower. Cleaners were spot on.

    The bug bites were bad, but what can you do against terminator mosquitoes?

    We will be definitely going back to the Averinos Hotel in Hersonissos. See you next year.

    The Averinos Hotel is very nice but it can be quite noisy. It's close to the beach and water parks and I would recommend that you go on one of the mountain tours as they are beautiful - just make sure you don't forget your camera!

    During my stay at the Averinos Hotel in Hersonissos I was unable to use the pool due to the nature of certain clients (throwing stones, toilet rolls, bottles, people and other UFO's into the pool). It is a very basic accommodation, and just what I expected for what I paid. However, I did not expect to be kept awake by constant fighting and screaming through the night, enhanced by staff that continued serving and a tour rep that just shrugged his shoulders.     The people that work there are the friendliest people I have ever met in my life! I would definitely go back as I have become good friends with them. The place is very neat, tidy and well kept. It is well situated, and there is a 24 hour bar, so what more could you ask for?

    I would definitely recommend the Averinos Hotel in Hersonissos to anyone who is looking to meet new people. If you want 5 stars you are going to have to pay for it over there, but in my opinion, my holiday there was top cl ...

    The Averinos Hotel in Hersonissos is less than 100 yards (metres) from the sea, shops, restaurants, "Bureau de Change" Post Office, and car/bike hire. It is set back from the main road, and it is very quiet day and night. The locals are brilliant. Parking the car up for the night is easy.

    If you want "5 star" don't go there. If you want to enjoy your holiday and see the island then GO THERE.

    Set off the main road, Averinos Hotel is very small and very very basic, Breakfast not up to much. Rooms are very small and only a few are Air conditioned and that you have to pay for!, if Air con is not available you may hire a fan for the duration of your stay, bathrooms are tiny and showers have no Curtain so be careful when getting out the shower as the floor will be flooded! Cleaning service was virtually non existent. Overall, we wouldn't visit this Hotel again or Greece for that matter ...
