I am shocked that SpotOn Computers has closed down as I have gone there on and off for about 5 years and found their service excellent. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable on IT products, the products are competitively priced, their returns policy is good and the shop is easy to access with a large car park in front of it

I ordered an external sound card, good price, acceptable postage.
I have not recieved it, but of course money have been sent.
The website has been shut, no money, no refund recieved yet.
Still waiting,,, I'm getting impatient.
So, I would not trust SpotOn Computers.

Good range of products, reasonable price, Good after sales,
well knowledgeable staff always on excellent service. Can ask any thing to the staff related to the IT. They are always ready to help the customer as much as possible. good technical desk to help always. Own Parking area, Excellent service

Myself and my brother have been shopping at Spot on for over 10 yrs. The staff there are always freindly, organised and ready to help. All the time we have been going we have seen the same staff (5) it can not be that bad when staff stay working in a shop for 10yrs.

They also know there stuff. any one who has something to say about spot on that is negative they need to call in and see the manager i am sure your problem can be solved.

I have shopped at Sporton computers for about 18 years, when the business was known as VIP computers. In all that time I have had only good and proper service from the personnel at this establishment.

I've shopped at SpotOn Computers for many years, and I have had little problems, if none. When I've had a problem building a computer, I just rang their tech department free of charge, and they've been really helpful. I also think the prices are very reasonable.

"Spot On" Computers sold me an overpriced computer (our university runs a purchasing mafia) that had: the network card missing; a different motherboard than requested,(and one NOT listed on the manufacturers website - rendering help/crucial-mem check impossible);a different memory type from the one requested; a graphics card whose fan keeps falling off; a two month late delivery as they didn't point out that delivery should have been costed into the purchase; PSU-cpu cooling system that is so no ...
