Good Points: Really powerful No noticeable distortion, even at high volumes Sub output
Bad Points: The mids are a bit on the heavy side Slightly noisy when discs are changed Does not support WMA format; only MP3 and VCD
General comments: The Aiwa XR-MN5 High Power micro system is really good. However, instead of a woofer; had a mid-range been present, the quality would have been superior. It has a silk dome tweeter and (probably plasticised paper) as woofer. Sufficient bass output is present. However, one has to be careful when loading and unloading the discs.
