    Good Points: Beautiful view of surrounding hills, quiet location. Good proximity to shared pool, super markets and SOME restaurants. Good place to go to escape the usual 'little britain' locations of Greece.Corfu town is only 30 minute bus ride and is well worth a couple of visits.


    Bad Points: Not a good place to stay for the elderly or those who struggle walking long distances. The beach at Paleokastritsa is a 1/2 hr walk or you could take the buses which ran approximately every 1/2 hour.AIR CONDITIONING is an extra 8 euros per night (considering the current UK £, this is very expensive). All restaurants are intermittent along the long winding hill road and mostly near the larger hotels.


    General comments: The Villa Maria Studios and Apartments are a great set of apartments which were well maintained and clean. Rooms all of good size with there own en-suite and private balcony's. Kitchen had everything in it that you needed to cook etc if you wished. Food from the supermarket is usually much more expensive than from home. You can expect to have a 3 course meal with wine for around 25 euros per person.
