    Good Points: The people at the Apartments are very friendly people!


    Bad Points: I can imagine people would not like the long walks down to the centre, but we didn't mind it. I'd recommend hiring a car to people with families.


    General comments: The people at the Gregory Apartments in Paleokastritsa are very friendly people, who will give you space if you want it. The apartments are quite a walk from the centre of Paleokastritsa, but beautiful views all the way down. Lots of tavernas to break up the journey. Pool bar opposite the apartments called Aphrodite, with free sun loungers and great food. And great staff. They were fantastic and a good laugh!

    Great cheap food at Stavroulas place, next to supermarket Cathy (I think), past Moody Blue on the right hand side, between a supermarket and gift shop. Angels pool bar (5 minute walk from the main road up the path to Lakones) is the cheapest pool bar for food and drink. It was newly opened when we arrived, and it is fantastic. The people who run it also run Spiros bike hire.

    The Paleo Inn is great for a chilled out night on the terrace of the bar. The owner also owns the campsite and Phivos Pool bar. The barman makes the place always up for a laugh! We always get a great reception when we go back, and they are now all good friends!
