    General comments: The good thing about Sofia Beach Apartments is there are no families, nobody else's kids ruining your holiday, you can lie by the pool without someone else's kids annoying you. I was there for one week with me wife and loved it. The manager is a great laugh, the cooks food is fantastic, the beach is only 100 yards away and it was nice and peaceful.

    We really enjoyed our holiday despite the oafs mentioned above. The resort itself is geared up for youngsters, rather than couples and families. The best place to eat by a long stretch is Pavlos Taverna, although the taverna on site (Likourgos) is lovely, it has good food and a fantastic view.

    I personally thought it was in a good location but that was it! The owner and the cleaner were horrible. Room was ok but you need air con which you have to pay 70 euros for!!!

    Our room seemed to be in the only block that had not been done up, but was nice enough - we even had a fireplace and chimney in the room! Our room covered the whole floor of our block, which was nice, and they put the extra room we had underneath, so we were all close by! I decided to try to cook frozen chips but they took about two hours to cook in the oven! The pool was really clean and with the hotel being right on the beach, was such a great location.     Sofia Beach Apartments are set in a beautiful setting surrounded by lemon trees and the most gorgeous flowers. It has a lovely pool although cold - sometimes that's needed in the heat. The owners are very friendly. Vangelly has lots of bar tricks up his sleeve to keep everyone amused at the bar! Maria's cooking is fantastic too, she beats all the restaurants on the main strip and it's better priced than the others!
