Good Points: Easy to use and set-up
Good bundled applications, with hundreds of extra software titles available
Bad Points: Screen resolution is not top notch, but for the price it is acceptable
General comments: I bought a Palm Zire 31 PDA handheld for my girlfriend after tiring of seeing her with paper lists everywhere, and for a relative technophobe she's taken too it quite easily! It has all the basic organiser functions. It is easy to use and sync with a PC. Add AvantGo and TCPMP, and you can download news and view low resolution movies. I am very happy with this budget PDA.
