    Good Points: Well located.


    Bad Points: Sheets only changed once in 14 days.
    Boiling water spurting from sink in kitchen and shower.
    Electric plugs hanging off wall.
    Under beds never swept.
    Water was brown.


    General comments: Kassiopi is a lovely place to stay. We have stayed there every year since 1997 but the Nikiforos Apartments were the worst apartments we have ever stayed in.

    Nikiforos and his family are friendly and will help with anything; it's in a wonderful location within five minute walk from all amenities. Local food and drink excellent, I would recommend this holiday to anyone of any age. An absolute pleasure staying with Nikiforos and his family. Ten out of ten, will definitely be returning.
