    Good Points: Quite a nice design.


    Bad Points: Everything - slow, drops connectivity and crashes for no apparent reason.


    General comments: Cannot believe I wasted £800 on this BenQ Joybook 5000U. Have tried everything to get it to work on various wireless connections yet still keeps dropping connection all the time. I have got so frustrated with it that I have emailed Benq via their website only to find that after 6 weeks there is still no reply from them. All I can say is that their customer support is appalling too.
    Am planning on chucking it out of the window when I have replaced with another, better laptop!

    DO NOT, I repeat do not buy a Benq Joybook as you will be sorely disappointed!
