    Good Points: Quiet location but only 7 minute slow stroll downhill to beach, shops, restaurants, bars etc. Beach over 2km in width, it took me over 3000 paces to walk from one end to the other! Unofficial nudist area on right edge, looking at the sea. Sea warm and slopes gently. Good for kids. Rent a car to explore, as the daily bus leaves at 06.30 and only goes to Corfu Town. Excellent baker up road.


    Bad Points: Beach can be windy in the centre where the sunbeds are, but if you don't mind sitting directly on the sand, move towards either end of the beach and there's almost no wind.


    General comments: No problem with Alexandros Apartments, well run and kept spotless by the owners, who can always be found watering the garden. Cutlery and crockery may not match, but they are functional, and having matching items won't make anything taste better! As in many self catering establishments in Greece, bring your own soap, and you will have to buy toilet paper, as only an initial roll is supplied. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing place.

    Loved the resort for a very chilled, sun seeking holiday. If you want to see more, hire a car, we were only there for a week and in need of the rest, including one from alcohol, but if you wanted it, there was nothing to stop you from stopping in the Rainbow Bar until the early hours.
    Only half a dozen shops, absolute heaven! Didn't have to walk miles to get those presents. Some nice walks around the vicinity if you were feeling energetic.

    Alexandros Studios are very basic. The crockery and cutlery is all odd and looks like it has been left by previous holiday makers. You can rent a fan for your room from the owner for approximately 2 Euros per day.
