    Good Points: Splendid architecture, clean and time-excluding. Most who visit have a good sense of what the spa is about-they are familiar with the concept of escape from the dictations of the outside world and respect your accepted desire for peace and comfort.


    Bad Points: Some users do not understand the concept of a spa; mixed days are particularly bad. These are times to avoid unless you want discomfort, noise and competition. The day staff are now less sympathetic to the concept of the spa than they used to be 5 years ago-the closure of the site twice in recent times has lost the understanding of the spiritual needs of regulars. The worst users seem intent on bringing the centre an unsavoury feel.


    General comments: Continues to be used by regulars, most of whom are understanding of spiritual and bodily cleaning benefits of a spa. Continue to use this facility to keep it open. The most recent timetable makes it difficult for visitors to Harrogate to use the facility properly at weekends, often the only time when many can go.
