Dragon Health Clubs suffers from the managements inability to respond quickly to routine problems - ie, gym airconditioning remains out of service due to inability to source parts. Jacuzzi sometimes the same. Pool is too cold/hot due to failure to regulate temperature.

Lack of staff in attendace in gym could be a serious health and safety issue.
