    Good Points: Prompt Delivery, e-mail notification of order and delivery details on day of order, notification of despatch by e-mail


    Bad Points: None in my experience


    General comments: I was amazed to read the negative reviews on Titanic sinks. I ordered two items from them at seperate times, a Franke two bowl sink and an in line Hot Tap, both items were supplied promptly i.e. Next Day Delivery

    What I learned from my dealings with Titanic Sinks is that if the price is too good to be true then it probably is! Their website was down when I visited it and I got a 'Mailbox is full' message when I called them!
    Thought I bought a Franke MMX sink for £350.00 but so far, although being charged, no goods delivered. Went elsewhere (Morley DIY) and got sink for not much more. Fast delivery and nice people.

    Some goods missing. Unable to contact Titanic Sinks. 3 weeks still without missing goods. Absolutely no correspondence from them. Bought over £700 of goods. I'd avoid this dealer if I were you.

    I paid £105 for a sink unit on 14th July and consequently cancelled it because it was out of stock and obtained the item via another company. I have tried contacting them via email and via phone to no avail. No answers to my emails and all I get on the phone is "this mailbox is full".
    I am still waiting for my money to be refunded by Titanic Sinks.

    I have emailed them several times as there is no waste to my sink as specified, but I have not received a reply yet, I have tried phoning them again several times but their mail box always appears to be full, I feel that their after sales service is very poor. I would never use Titanic again

    After receiving an incorrect item we found it impossible to contact Titanic Sinks except via email, the responses were sporadic, short and seemingly rude. Both contact phone numbers were unable to take calls, a registered letter was returned to me. Eventually the incorrect item was collected and then returned to us with delivery address unknown. All in all it took over 2 months to settle their mistake.

    Titanic Sinks did a very fast delivery, had very helpful sales staff and excellent price cheapest on the web. Had my doubts after reading reviews from others, but in my purchase first class.

    Once the order was made, I could not get an answer to any calls, I have left approx 8 messages, I have sent a recorded letter to one of the addresses on their site but as there are more than one it is difficult to know where to send it to - my letter was refused and returned. I have sent a dozen e-mails and have had no responses. I cancelled my order within my 7 day cooling off period which I think I am entitled to do under the Services and Goods Act.

    Titanic Sinks said we had accepted the sink and would not replace it or refund our money. We sent them a photo to prove the sink was incorrect. We wanted brushed stainless steel and this was not a brushed finish. The sink is still in its original packing and we have spent 9 months trying to get them to resolve this matter. They will not accept our recorded delivery letters (4), respond to emails or respond to messages left on the answerphone.

    Low prices, prompt delivery and lightning-quick action organising a replacement when the Franke sink was inspected and damage during transport was found.a 10.

    Would rather pay more and have decent sales and after sales service than deal with Titanic Sinks again. My advice is that you avoid this company, the customer service really lets it down.

    I ordered a Franke Orca pull out spray tap, from Titanic, having waited nearly a fortnight for delivery they delivered the wrong item , a Franke orca standard tap, with such expensive and awkward items I expected to be able to speak to a person about this, the fact is I couldn't, not recommended!

    Quick delivery of order comprising sink and taps, quick replacement of sink damged in transit. Would never give them with any further business. Totally unhelpful and abusive when asked to provide missing fixings for tap to sink.

    Do not use this company if you expect any service whatsoever. If you have any problem, no matter how small, you will not get it resolved.I had to return an item which was incorrectly ordered and was subjected to unhelpful emails. When they did finally consent to my returning the item they told me to return it to their supplier (who in turn told me to return it to titanic sinks).Confused?Still Titanic refuse to acknowledge that the item must be sent to them and insist on having me send it to thei ...

    Titanic sent a double sink waste for single Franke farmhouse sink ! I emailed 4 times to notify them of this but no replies.
    I too am reporting this to Mastercard.

    I ordered a sink from Titanic Sinks (www.titanic-sinks.co.uk) which should have come with a drainer and glass chopping board. It did not! I asked Titanic who said I should contact the sink manufacturers! They did not want to know. I recontacted Titanic, but strangely they have not responded, despite 4 emails.
    My advice is "Don't touch these guys."
    Prices are amazing yes, but the service is terrible and when half the ordered goods do not arrive it doesn't matter how good the prices are does it ...

    Their website has drop down menu's against each product, which I presumed related to the product next to it ... it turns out that this is not the case. The drainer I ordered related to a completely different sink, and Titanic Sinks would not refund my postage cost on returning the item (£7). They were very unhelpful.

    Titanic Sinks: I wanted to get hold of a ceramic sink quite quickly and Titanic Sinks were the only ones who could give me a realistic delivery date and not 3-4 weeks time. I ordered on Mon and my sink was delvered on Wed at 8.30am. Excellent sevice from The Captain!
