Good Points: picture quality, price, easy to use
Bad Points: sound
General comments: I bought this Philips 24PW6006C widescreen tv because 1: I want to buy a widescreen TV but only 24" to fit into my bedroom, 2: my budget is under £250, 3: I want to buy it from a good manufacturer such as Philips. This TV just fits everything I want. When I received the TV the looks are great - stylish, not bulky. Perhaps the stand is a bit too short. The colours are great, installation was completely automatic, remote control and all the functions are good. The down side is the sound which is a bit disappointing but I suppose this is what you can expect from Nicam, not Dolby. You could turn the surround sound option on which improves the stereo effect but the annoying thing is every time I change channel it turns back to normal sound. I'm not sure if the FM radio add-on is useful as I would imagine most people have radios anyway and would not buy a TV to listen to radio.
Overall though, for this price it is a very good bargin.
