Good Points: Nice for basic on trend costume jewellery, you will usually find something specific you will want.

Bad Points: Pressurized sales once you get to the till. Poor quality tat for the prices you pay. Hard to reach some items in store.

General comments: I like Claires, it's great if you need a piece of costume jewellery for an outfit. However, expect to only get around 3-4 uses before some of the metal jewellery becomes tarnished, loses it's shine and starts going black or green. Also beware the metal jewellery if you have sensitive skin as it will turn you green and not with envy either! The hair accessories are nice, if a little overpriced but you will always find a specific item you want, albeit not the best quality, you probably wont find elsewhere. The staff in Claires are very friendly and helpful, However I find that in every Claires store, I find I am pressurized into buying junk such as discounted miniture snow globes, rainbow shaped erasers or Claires branded stationary I don't want or need once I take my items to the till. Claires also offer ear piercing, like the items on sale here I find this service to be quite over priced, it is almost double for what you might pay in say a chemist or your local salon.

Claire's Accesories is a nice place to grab a bargain, if there is a nice piece to be found between the mountains of tat they often sell. A lot is aimed at young girls, but sometimes perseverance is rewarded and you can find a nice little accessory really cheap.

Claires Accessories is cheap and tacky I bought earrings there and they turned my holes gray and I'm not allergic. It has happened to people I know. Expensive for the quality

Had my third piercing done here at Claire's Accessories in Woking. The pircing went wrong and I ended up with a hole in my ear which was quite big! They wsaid it was my fault cause Im allergic to silver (which I'm not!) my other two holes are done with silver which I told them. But they basically made up rubbish about because it being my third piercing I might be allergic to it. I complained and got not even a letter back.

Claires accesories is a great shop if your all girly girly , it has loads of jewellery and loads of nice little accessories to make you look all dressed up it also has millions of hair accessories to make your hair look all fancy. But most of the women in these shops try to make you buy all this stuff and it can get really annoying but I suppose it is only their job to make you buy all this stuff.
