Good Points: I love this site because not only is there the ability to save a bundle on good designer labels - but there is always a surprise round the corner. You need to log in regularly as there is always an amazing range of clothing for all ages, all colours and all shapes and tastes. One visit will not do! You need to go back and spot the stuff you missed last time! I've bought a lot of things from this site and have been impressed not only by the quality, but the speed of delivery and the customer service which could not be more helpful.
Bad Points: Not so much a bad point, but you do have to visit regularly to snap up the deals. Its not an auction - so once gone, it's gone! And as a trading community, it is rare to find items in multiples, but then it's up to each individual to get in their quick. Not the fault of the site itself at all.
General comments: The Online Clothes Agency is an easy to use site. Clear. Good navigation. Fun to look round each morning to see what's new. Excellent 'alert service' for special wish/request lists. Interesting articles to read, sometimes quite provocative! Ability to view in five currencies too, which helps oversea members. Quick shipping. Easy returns for most sellers. Very reliable and very friendly. I look forward to watching this site grow.

This website is a boon for people who love fashion but hate paying the prices of the high street. I wanted some new clobber and found a good few items I had wanted for ages. Easy to use and completely clear - I'll be back to this website - and some of the features you can tie into when you are a member, like the site letting you know when your favourite designer has new stuff listed, is a dream!

Nothing much else to say. I can recommend the site though. Sometimes it's a bit of a worry buying off the internet, but the staff were great.
The items I got from the online Clothes Agency were sent really quickly, and they were wrapped up so beautifully!
Also, there was a money back guarantee regarding the bag's authenticity, which made me more confident about buying it (you don't see that on eBay too often!).

Online Clothes Agency www.clothesagency.com - I really, really like this clothes and fashion site - the atmosphere is good - it feels like a cosy shop that you would visit regularly, with a great team of likeminded people who don't come across as mean or cut-throat. www.clothesagency.com is a fantastic web site - it's an 'international online clothes agency', but it's NOT an auction -and I reckon that's much fairer for both sellers and buyers.
You can buy or sell new and second hand clothes, shoes, hats, handbags, you name it - it's on there. The descriptions are good and there are loads of photos of each item for sale.
I have already listed things to sell and sold them within the first month. AND I have found some fab stuff on there to buy - Chanel and ...
