I now own a perfectly useless backup program.
I was considering the 1clickdvdcopy software but am rethinking that based on the comments from Geff000's experience.

“After purchasing X Copy, we submitted the rebate form...”

After purchasing X Copy, we submitted the rebate form as specified. That was in February, and we're still waiting. This is after repeated emails and telephone calls to 321 Studios.

They don't seem to honor their rebates. On top of that, they're the priciest vendor of this type of software. They seem to be trying to cash in on the good reviews they received earlier this year.

Bottom line is that we don't use X Copy any more. With a little work, we found freeware that worked MUCH better.
