    This body lotion sinks in really easily and makes my skin feel like silk. After a few days of use it also makes the skin look healthy and smooth. It comes in a tub which lasts a long time and it's easy to get the right amount out and see when you need to get some more.

    What happened to the Body Firming body wash?? That was fantastic for me and I needed no other moisturizer (except for little problem areas).
    Cannot continue to use this, so now need to find another product - this is most frustrating as it can be costly and takes time.

    Change bottle for easier gripping. Like the product, Dove Body Silk. Hate the bottle design, difficult to handle when wet.

    Feels and looks quite like Nivea, although not as heavy, and has a nicer smell. Absorbs quite quickly.
    Doesn't feel at all oily or watery like many other moisturisers.
    I have noticed a very definite improvement in how soft my skin feels, although this is often felt more the day after using it, than on the day itself.
    I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an all over moisturiser!

    I decided to try out dove body silk but was extremely disappointed. Before I started using it my skin wasn't too dry but when I stopped using my normal moisturiser [body shop papaya body butter] and used dove body silk, my skin just got dryer and dryer. Using dove body silk is the equivilant of using nothing for your skin at all, as it doesn't do anything for it. Not recommended at all.

    Dove Body Silk is billed as a 'moisturising cream', but beware if you have dry skin, for although your skin will be wonderfully soft and silky, the dry bits will show through. I have used almost the whole pot and have never had such soft skin, but I'm off to the shops now to find something that will take care of my dryness. Sorry Dove.
