The setting of Ampelohori apartments is hard to beat and if you are lucky with your choice of apartment the views are great too! The on-site restaurant and bar is friendly and welcoming and not overpriced as some of these places can be, the pool is large and depending on when you visit you may have it to yourself we did on at least a couple of days.
The centre of Pissouri village is about a 10 minute drive and no you won't want to walk it! Pissouri Bay and its restaurants and bars are a good 15 - 20 minutes walk away so depending on the heat you may need to drive there too.
Pissouri is a lovely spot close to but secluded from the motorway it is well placed for Limassol, Paphos and the Troodos foothills making this an excellent base from which to explore the western end of Cyprus.
So whats the down side, the site is built on top of a hill which makes walking from it and to it a little more difficult, we stayed in a studio and as a couple we thought we would have ample space unfortunately it felt more like living in a small caravan the shower/toilet was tiny the kitchen although functional was small and there no where apart from the balcony (which did have good views) to sit and relax this was bearable for the week we were there but we would definitely book something larger if we went there again.
I would recommend these apartments to anyone who wants a quiet relaxing break.
