    Just returned from Protaras after a two week holiday. Stayed in Sandra Apartments on a self catering basis. We were placed in the building at the back of the main hotel up a bit of a bank. Appartment was vey clean,towels & bedding changed every other day. The only negative was that we had to pay for the air con (50 euros)we weren't told about that when we booked? Seems it was free for everybody else? Protaras is a nice resort but a little too British for us with wall to wall theme pubs which is ok if you like that sort of thing. We prefer something a little more traditional and laid back. That said we hired a car and there is some lovely parts to the island. Would we go back? yes I think so but would stay somewhere a little of the beaten track.

    At Sandra Hotel Apartments our 1 bedroom was fab, really clean, bed was very comfortable and everything that I needed. We booked a year in advance to go to the Sandra hotel as my mum and day had been there before and recommended it. We had a one bedroom apartment which was very clean free air conditioning that is a must, we went in September and it was in the 30's with 2 small children. Staff were fantastic my youngest son kept throwing things off the balcony and the handy was more than helpf ...

    Excellent service from the staff and very courteous. The apartments are kept immaculate and cleaned every day. The price of the drink is very reasonable. Would highly recommend this place as we also had a party of 36 and all agreed about the way we had been treated. Would definitely go back. I would have no hesitation in giving this place a score of 10 out of 10. No bad points from me or the wedding party we were with.

    The people there was very nice and friendly. Room was very clean, maids cleaned it daily, weather was very hot. If we go again I think we would choose a hotel as the food is self service

    Sandra Hotel Apartments was an outstanding hotel. The cleaner did an excellent job. The staff are very helpful and always have time for you. It's a brilliant hotel. If you don't want to take the stairs there is a lift! There's lots of rooms and the rooms are impressive. The pool is big with crystal clear water in it. It also has a little fountain thing that drops into the pool. If the little ones want a little pool that's not a problem! There's a little pool up the steps. It's a very nice place ...

    My partner and I have just arrived home and although we seemed disappointed with our apartment in Sandra Hotel on first impression we were very much mistaken, The cleanliness and friendliness of all the staff was exceptional, Although the rooms are not perfect they are definately to a high standard.

    The location is perfect, we were in the apartment at the rear so we did not hear any notice at all, We were a minutes walk from Protaras and Fig Tree bay.

    I would definitely go back to the Sandra apartments in Protaras, as they are good, clean and spacious, and staff are friendly and helpful. It is close to the main road, but it is not too loud at night.

    We asked to me moved from the Sandra Hotel Apartments in Protaras as soon as we arrived, and they did move us to a slightly better apartment.

    Highly recommend Sandra Hotel Apartments ,would visit again, Staff everywhere so so helpful.

    Visit the waterpark in Aynapa, good day out(take a pair of socks for your feet as the floor gets very hot. Don't try and take your own food in as they check your bags. Book your tickets through your reps but make your own way buy bus, it's much cheaper..

    If your a sicky person don't do the Jeep Safari to Troodos mountains as it's a very hectic long jeep ride. I would not reccomed this for kids.

    Good basic cheap accommodation at the Sandra Hotel Apartments. Probably great when it was built in the 1970's/early 80's. Would recommend Sandra 2 if you want a quieter life away from the road. Sandra 2 is set behind Sandra 1. Apartments adequately furnished but in our apartment the fridge was very noisy. Main problem is noise from entrance doors to other apartments. No dampers on doors so if you are unlucky to get someone else on same floor who slams doors it will wake the whole floor and ...

    My whole family went to Sandra Hotel Apartments, from 8 years to grandad 55 years and we all had a great time. Weather was hot 78-85. The hotel was very clean; there was one main pool then children's paddling pool with water features to play in on the top part. Rooms have a bedroom with two single beds wardrobe dressing table, doors onto balcony. The main room has a kitchen table and four chairs camp beds if sleeping four but enough room.
