Good Points: Fast, easy, perfect color

    Bad Points: None

General comments: I've been paying $80+ for color/highlight for years. Paid less than $6 at WalMart for this Clairol Nice'n Easy and this is the best color I've had for years! Be sure to pick the right color. Can't believe there are so many negative reviews. The conditioner included with the product made my hair so soft and smooth.

I just used Clairol Nice'n Easy Dark Blonde semi permanent on my beige blonde hair for a change and it has come out more like a medium brown! A bit severe for my skincolouring and I have a wedding tomorrow. Can I use anything to lighten it a bit? Thank Goodness I didnt go permanent!

Wanted to dye hair dark brown (usual colour I dye my hair) so on the Clairol Nice'n Easy box it said darkest brown and my hair turned out black. There is no-way to change my hair colour until the black grows out - maybe 2/3 years or I could ruin my hair buy going to hairdressers and have a bleach bath.

I have dark blonde hair and tried the Medium Blonde shade 103A. It made absolutely no difference to my hair colour, even though I left it on for 45 mins. I then tried two shades lighter, Natural Baby Blonde (101 I think). This was just as useless, it lightened my hair colour by about half a shade. I am very disappointed and will never buy Clairol Nice N Easy again. I have had much better results in the past with Belle Colour so I will buy their products in future.

I had gotten a bad streaks at a hair salon so I bought the Clairol nice'n easy 121A. I left it in for 25 minutes and my hair turned out black! Nothing like it said on the box! I'm so mad and it's my graduation next week!

I chose Clairol Nice n Easy over Garnier for the soft black shade, to cover up my really bad highlights on my naturally dark brown hair. it did a very nice job of covering up all the weird blonde and even before washing it off i could see it working, which was exciting. haha, so far its day 3 and its holding up really good. if you get it on your skin: WASH IT OFF ASAP, i have some black spots from it on my arms haha, but they're slowly fading. i like that it didn't wash out my hair, and it actua ...

I used the Clairol Nice'n Easy medium natural brown, which actually turned out nearer to black and nothing like it said on the box. Within a week (if not sooner) it faded and left me with a tint of strwaberry blonde, which is just weird. Im leaving it a while now, then changing the brand!

I also bought the dark brown and ended up with jet black hair, on top of that my hair from the roots about 2-3 inches down is super greasy and i cannot get rid of it, I used Clairol Nice'n Easy in the past with no issues, but i will not use it again.

I bought natural medium cool brown 117D Clairol Nice'n Easy after deciding to go from dark blonde back to as close to my original hair colour. It said to leave it on for a minimum 25 minutes up to 45 minutes for better grey coverage. I decided to leave on for 30 minutes and got the shock of my life when it turned out almost black! I washed and washed it hoping it would help to fade it but with no luck. A friend of mine used to be a hairdresser so she put some lighter brown highlights in it to to ...

I chose a dark brown color and it turned out jet black, not even a tint of brown, I'm so disgusted I have to go to work like this.. My hair was the exact shade on the bottle that was recommended, I left it in for 15 minutes-- it recommended 25. My hair is JET BLACK and disgusting Not the first time this has happened to me with nice n easy products-- never using again

i had medium blonde hair, i used nice and easy honey blonde hair dye, i left it on for the time it said to, washed it off until the water was clear just as it said. then i dryed my hair and it was orange ginger, it shouldnt even be classed as hair dye you may aswll just paint your hair orange. I am very dissapointed nice and easy should pay for what they are putting me through embarrisment. it better be a 6 week lasting colour or this comment would be alot longer.

I have been using Clairol Nice'n Easy colour 120 for around 3 years now, i dye my hair every 6 weeks or so and it is perfect. The colour is spot on and it comes out the same every time. The conditioner you get with it is lush, it smells amazing and leaves my hair so silky and soft. I have got my mum and 2 of my mates using this product but they all use colour 118 which is slightly lighter and they are just as happy as i am with it. Would definatly recommend it to anybody.

I bought the Clairol Nice'n Easy PERMANENT hair dye (Colour - chestnut brown) My hair was originally a light brown/mouse colour. I dyed my hair hoping it would come out a vibrant sexy new colour. For the first 2 days, it was. After the first wash, the dye faded, and now, 3 weeks later, it is back to its original colour. A waste of money.
