The Staff was rude at Stavrolia Hotel Apartments.
No Olympic reps seen during our stay.
    Cockroaches.
    Ants.
Salt water for the pool and for showering. Never once seen the pool cleaned.
Only hot water for guests for part of the day.
You have to pay for air con...not cheap.
No plugs for sinks in apartment so couldn't wash up or bath.
Cutlery rusted and no enough, crockery dirty.
Passports what they take of you when you arrive are left un-attended.
Food what was ordered at the bar was fresh...to fre ...

Have just come back and this is the second time we went back. The first time being in 2003. The apartments are basic but very clean. Maids were in every day cleaning. Linen changed every 2 days. The peiople who run the apartments are always approachable and friendly. Food menu has something for everyone. The ham and cheese salad is to die for! Even in the second week when many young people arrived there was no trouble. My husband, two children (4 & 15) and me had a thoroughly enjoyable tim ...

All areas at the Stavrolia Hotel Apartments were clean, tidy & well maintained. Just down the road, try the Applebells restaurant, great food and very obliging staff.

My husband and I stayed at the Stavrolia Hotel Apartments in Ayia Napa for a week at the beginning of September, and we had a fantastic time! I looked at pictures on the website before we went, and I was slightly concerned with what it would be like. Let me just say that they don't do it justice. Although basic, the rooms were very clean, and they were serviced every day. The pool was lovely, and the food was great, and good value for money.

What really made the place stand out and what ma ...

Great place to go with friends, with a lovely beach a few minutes walk away and cheap taxi fares into the town. Nice and quiet for when you want to sober up and sleep. Brilliant staff (twin brothers). Excellent food. Hoping to go back to the Stavrolia Hotel Apartments in Ayia Napa next year.

The apartments were just 5 a minute walk to Nissi Beach, which was great. Food was reasonably priced, although we thought Cyprus was quite expensive. It is more of a family hotel we thought, as there were lots of children. Everything seemed clean enough and staff were friendly. We are not sure we would stay at this hotel again, as we did have a few problems.

The cleaners did not do a very good job, and during our second week we went four days without our room being serviced, clean sheets or t ...

We had a fantastic two weeks in the Stavrolia Hotel Apartments in Ayia Napa. Two brothers ran the complex and they worked their socks off. We are a family of four with an 18 year old and a 16 year old. It's a very quiet place, but you are only 10 minutes in a taxi from the town, where it is buzzing!

I would recommend the Stavrolia Hotel Apartments to all age groups, as there were singles and families who all enjoyed themselves.

Just got back from my Ayia Napa holiday. Great holiday apart from the long delay return home at airport. Overall Stavrolia is a great place to stay well recommended for 2 **. It is a good place for all ages. We had a great view from our room facing the pool.........NIce! Everyone was great & friendly there. A nice short walk to all the local restuarants & pubs. Main centre about 40 mins walk but taxi is £4 so not too bad. Had fun will be back for more!!!!

I think I am going to the Stavrolia Hotel Apartments in Ayia Napa again next year. It was great value for money. It was a bit far from the town, but that wasn't a problem, as there is a nice swimming pool and it is close to Nissi beach. The manager was also very friendly.

The Stavrolia Hotel Apartments was excellent. The pictures on the internet that i could find before going dont do it justice. We paid £350 for 2 weeks in July and the place was exactly what a group of 6 guys on a lads holiday would have asked for. The rooms are a decent size, clean and a maid visites every couple of days. Has a bar with extremely friendly set of twins that run it which we generally stayed at till about midnight before heading into town; which brings me to the only negative ...

The owners of the Stavrolia Apartments in Ayia Napa were very nice gentlemen. The pool was huge, and very clean and tidy. The menu was excellent. The apartments are a 5 minute walk from Nissi beach, and only a short taxi ride away from Napa centre. This is such a lovely complex, and I would recommend it to anyone. It caters for all age groups. The owners are the nicest men I've ever met. The maids are very friendly too. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. I went with 2 other girls, and next year ...

Great value for money, the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and bar were good and it's not far away from Nissi Beach! A taxi into Aiya Napa centre was only around four pounds, we thought it was a great location as it was far enough out of town to be peaceful for sleeping off hangovers around the pool but you could get to the night life no problem when you wanted to.

The rooms at the Stavrolia Hotel Apartments were nice and the views were great. The staff there are lovely and were always making conversation with you and make an effort to learn your name. Its very quiet which is great for laying by the pool or having a nice quiet drink at the bar.

Stavrolia Hotel Apartments - Stavrolia was a lot nicer than I thought it would be from the picture. The rooms were very basic but clean. It's right opposite one of the best beaches in Cyprus, Nissi beach, and although in a quiet location only £4 in a cab to the square. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby too. The pool was always clean and a nice size. I wish I'd stayed longer and definitely goin back next year.

Stavrolia is a nice quiet family run apartment complex. If you're looking to go relaxing and sunbathing all day with out disturbances then this is the place for you. However if you are looking for more from your hotel such as entertainment and a lively atmosphere to socialize with other holiday makers then this is not the place. I was disappointed as I like to mix with other holiday makers and prefer a bit more of a lively feel to my holiday. There was never any hot water which is a pain when it ...

Stavrolia Hotel Apartments is a great holiday resort for any age, safe and calm and peaceful and only ten minutes from the lively night life. Great people very welcoming, plenty of sunbeds. Barbeque and karaoke on a Tuesday night. Also down the road from the famous Nissi Beach, a choice of shops and restaurants.
