    Used many on line reatilers for years, I would say I am a true internet Buff!!! Was impressed with everything from car auyio centre, good service, good promise and good sound. Got a full system from them and the sounds pure quality.

    First off where do I start with this order???

    I placed the order some time ago and gave all the details including a phone number and email address if anything was wrong (Which was never used as I did 95% of the calling). I was then given a delivery date and I thought I would just wait in for it - Big Mistake. First off by 3 o'clock the order still hadn't arrived so I checked the net.     I spent 3 weeks choosing teh stereo i was going to buy from car audio centre and then it only took them 18 hours to deliver it. they are very fast and don't mess about. i like that they were quick and did not mess around

    Quick delivery for a small item, normally when i order cables from ebuyer i wait upt 10days, car audio centre were much quicker.

    I was looking to treat my son so decided to shop at the car audio centre Birmingham. Went in and was served by a very helpfull chap, easy to understand and sold me a car stereo and speakers for my sons focus. Went in at 3pm and was told to come back in 1 hour to collect the car. Came back at 4pm and waited 10mintes. He took me out done a dull demo of the stereo and how it works with the Ipod and gave me the keys.     I wrote a review a while ago, my system got robbed and eventually I got payment from the insurance company. I went back to car audio centre but didnt have much money to spend. A member of staff suggested I tried In Phase product but I was unsure, he offered me a great price so I went for it! WOW my system rocks, this product is amazing.     The price was very fair, i placed a old fashioned phone order and they were very helpful, asked all the right questions and the speakers were delivered on time,. defo going back to Car Audio Centre for the amp!!!

    Before I ordered I checked out car audio centre on this website. Items I ordered were replaced by others without my knowledge in so called upgrade. Thanks for asking me!!!! The upgraded speakers were rubbish!!!
    The head unit did not even arrive. When I rang a few days later, they said it had been sent... and it was up to me to prove I didnt get it!!!
    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
    The reviews on here are either very low or 10.
    I suspect the 10's are written by the companies own employees.

    Car Audio Centre - Waited for ages and when it did come it had been used . When i asked for a refund i was given abuse . After several contacts and the threat of legal action i have returned the items at my own exspense! and after several attempts to see why i have not had a refund onto my card i waited over a month to finally recieve it.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS , PRETTY WEBSITE RUBBISH COMPANY!!

    Placed an order on the phone last week got the delivery the following day. Car Audio Centre helped me choose the correct unit and also arranged to get the units fitted. I was impressed with the service best on line service i have ever had.

    Stuff arrived late from car audio centre.. sent incorrect speakers, then said they were a free upgrade. Ungraded speakers are rubbish compared with ones ordered!!!!!!!!

    Placed an order with car audio centre, they advertise next day delivery and the items were delivered next day. I tried to fit them and found they did not fit, I called the company and they arranged a collection for the item and replaced it the following day. this is good service so I would like to share it with others.

    Nice people great range of products.

    I have just got my new car and went to car audio centre on line.
    I ordered the products I wanted but was not happy with them. As I lived near the birmingham store the online sales suggested i should visit them so I did. I could have spent a week in the shop so many nice things just no money. It turned out I have not fitted my system correctly hence why it sounded rubbish. they rewired it FREE!!! now thats what I call service! I have been back since and I wil ...

    I would like to give my opinions on car audio, i have shoped with the car audio centre in Manchester for years, also was happy with the service and the advice, the prices are keen and always happy to help.     I have never dealt with a such a poor online company as
    Car Audio Centre. Did not ship all items then accused me of recieving all of them. Having to to get a refund from VISA
