Having read alot of review on this company good and bad I decided to try them. I placed an order for a Pioneer Avic 900bt after they priced matched another company. The order was placed on Wednesday afternoon very late, they promised me next day delivery so i took a day of from work to make sure I was at home to get the delivery of my sat nav unit. The parcel came at about 11:00am and was delivered stright to my flat. I opened the unit and checked it it was perfect everything was in the box and the sat nav looks so slick. Happy with the service I tehn decided to go to the car audio centre in Ilford and have the unit fitted into my car . Got booked in for this morning and went ddown and seen Owen at the shop. He was very helpfull and had a really good time testing out my music in the stor on their stereo systems. The car was ready by 1:00pm and i was given a full demo of how the unit worked how the dvd sorked and how to set up the sat nav. What really impressed me was that the fitter then asked me to drive out of teh store and go for a test run of the sat av to make sure it works correctly and does not have any bugs in the system. It worked perfectly. Went back to the shop and paid for the Job also gae the boys a tip. I was very happy with my experiance form the word go they service as been to Harrods level and the price was from the pound shop.

I spent alot of money and i feel that i got more than what was required. I have now booked in my car to get 2 screens in the back for the kids and I am also going to get a speaker upgrade with a subwoofer. I want the full home cinema experiance in my car and it will be great for family trips out over christmas.

I would like to say Thanks car audio centre.

Used many on line reatilers for years, I would say I am a true internet Buff!!! Was impressed with everything from car auyio centre, good service, good promise and good sound. Got a full system from them and the sounds pure quality.

First off where do I start with this order???

I placed the order some time ago and gave all the details including a phone number and email address if anything was wrong (Which was never used as I did 95% of the calling). I was then given a delivery date and I thought I would just wait in for it - Big Mistake. First off by 3 o'clock the order still hadn't arrived so I checked the net. I spent 3 weeks choosing teh stereo i was going to buy from car audio centre and then it only took them 18 hours to deliver it. they are very fast and don't mess about. i like that they were quick and did not mess around

I was looking to treat my son so decided to shop at the car audio centre Birmingham. Went in and was served by a very helpfull chap, easy to understand and sold me a car stereo and speakers for my sons focus. Went in at 3pm and was told to come back in 1 hour to collect the car. Came back at 4pm and waited 10mintes. He took me out done a dull demo of the stereo and how it works with the Ipod and gave me the keys. I wrote a review a while ago, my system got robbed and eventually I got payment from the insurance company. I went back to car audio centre but didnt have much money to spend. A member of staff suggested I tried In Phase product but I was unsure, he offered me a great price so I went for it! WOW my system rocks, this product is amazing. The price was very fair, i placed a old fashioned phone order and they were very helpful, asked all the right questions and the speakers were delivered on time,. defo going back to Car Audio Centre for the amp!!!

Before I ordered I checked out car audio centre on this website. Items I ordered were replaced by others without my knowledge in so called upgrade. Thanks for asking me!!!! The upgraded speakers were rubbish!!!
The head unit did not even arrive. When I rang a few days later, they said it had been sent... and it was up to me to prove I didnt get it!!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
The reviews on here are either very low or 10.
I suspect the 10's are written by the companies own employees.

Car Audio Centre - Waited for ages and when it did come it had been used . When i asked for a refund i was given abuse . After several contacts and the threat of legal action i have returned the items at my own exspense! and after several attempts to see why i have not had a refund onto my card i waited over a month to finally recieve it.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS , PRETTY WEBSITE RUBBISH COMPANY!!

Placed an order on the phone last week got the delivery the following day. Car Audio Centre helped me choose the correct unit and also arranged to get the units fitted. I was impressed with the service best on line service i have ever had.

Stuff arrived late from car audio centre.. sent incorrect speakers, then said they were a free upgrade. Ungraded speakers are rubbish compared with ones ordered!!!!!!!!

Placed an order with car audio centre, they advertise next day delivery and the items were delivered next day. I tried to fit them and found they did not fit, I called the company and they arranged a collection for the item and replaced it the following day. this is good service so I would like to share it with others.

Nice people great range of products.

I have just got my new car and went to car audio centre on line.
I ordered the products I wanted but was not happy with them. As I lived near the birmingham store the online sales suggested i should visit them so I did. I could have spent a week in the shop so many nice things just no money. I have never dealt with a such a poor online company as
