    Good Points: Great food-great fun

Bad Points: I don't have any thing bad to say

General comments: My daughter had a birthday party at the Three Horseshoes a couple of years ago and we are thinking of having another one there this year. you can hire out the play barn and a separate room for food. they can provide food or you can take your own. her and her friends really enjoyed themselves and they are all about 11/12 so it can be for older children as well.

The Three Horseshoes is in a very large setting, newly decorated, lovely old pub feel, fab friendly staff, lots for the children to do inside and out. Have had lots of visitors who we have taken there for meals and celebrations. Have not been disappointed. The setting is lovely for out of town visitors, (ours were from Ireland) they loved it and thought it was very reasonable.I believe it caters for every taste, including childrens. Fab place in summer or winter, as in winter there is the old co ...

The food was gorgeous and for the first time as an adult I had a dessert and i enjoyed it! Since then I have been their about 8 times. The staff were very nice and was extremely helpful I recomend this place to everyone! Thank you for a wonderful meal!

We go to The Three Horseshoes on a regular basis - there are VERY few places to take children for a meal that will cater for them like these people do.
They have a large outdoor play area with lots of tables so you can supervise - a new outdoor smoking zone, large car park, and of course the indoor play barn.
There are leather settees for the adults so they can sit in and watch - and I think £3 or so to keep the kids happy for well over an hour is worth it. Price of a pint after all. And ...

We haven't been to the Three Horseshoes for about 10 years & remembering it from the 70's we thought we'd take a trip down memory lane.....sadly, it's looking very "tired" & could do with some refurbishing! There are quite a few interesting pictures on the walls, but they're covered in grease spots/dust or....something? All in all, a disappointing experience!

This is a family run establishment, which I have visited for many years. It is a country pub with restaurant, very popular, but the food and service is always excellent even when busy. A great place for children as the new play barn has recently been opened. There has been an outside play area for the children for a long time and now they can play even on rainy days.
Not expensive and a good varied menu. They even lay on a mini bus in the evenings to pick up and return parties of people from t ...
