Good Points: Excellent food Good wine Well stocked bar Main courses as well as Tapas Can be fun with a group of friends, or romantic with a partner Run by a family so really good atmosphere
General comments: La Movida is an amazing tapas bar at 300 Battersea Park Road. The food is delicious and they have some great wines and a fully stocked bar. The staff are really friendly and family run so it has that really nice atmosphere, the dad's in the kitchen cooking your food and the waitress is the daughter & I think the manager is the brother. If you've never had Spanish Tapas, just ask them to recommend something, you will not be disappointed, and always ask to see the Specials. They have some home made deserts & if you want a venue for a birthday or event, this is the place to be and if it's your birthday, you'll be in for a pleasant surprise. Parking is free outside all weekend and after 7 daily, they open at 6pm on weekdays and all day Friday, Sat and Sun. If you work in the area, you can go in there for a quick drink after work.
