    Bad Points:


    General comments: Ive had poor communication from Bandmad, that's if I can get hold of anyone.
    I've been waiting for 2 months for my t-shirt and its still not here. They've apparently been doing a stock check for 6 weeks now.

    I ordered one Placebo T-shirt but I recived the wrong article.(The same to my last order).

    I ordered a t-shirt last March from Bandmad. When it came it was the wrong one. I returned it within their guidelines, and I have received nothing since. I have emailed several times and got nothing. I even wrote including copies of my receipt for recorded delivery, which was confirmed by Royal Mail to have been delivered and signed for. Still nothing. Bandmad suck.

    Placed an order online with Bandmad. Sent 3 chase up mails in the course of 2 weeks to chart progress. Got a 'Sorry for the delay, I'm chasing this' mail over a week after first mail. Phoned up 2 weeks after order placed to be told 'oh, that's out of stock and we don't know if we're getting any more in. There must have been a problem on the website'. Very disappointed as this was a birthday present for a friend.
