    rockabilia is nothing but a huge scam. they charge you for items that they dont have in stock even after you cancel your order with them. in result could end up costing you over 4 times the actua amount of your orgiinal order. they do nothing and have the worst customer service by any merchandiser ive ever been in contact with. i placed an order of 57.95 and in result my bank account is now negative $200 from being positive almost 100 one day earlier. this is the worts website to hit the internet and will not be in operation much longer than a few more days due to good lawyers. take your business elsewhere

    Wow, where to start. I ordered several t-shirts on Tuesday and called Rockabilia for item availability (like it states while choosing shipping options) and everything I wanted was there. I received my shirts the next day even though I went with priority shipping. Great service and outstanding shirts. Everything matched the pictures on the site and nothing is better than the smell of a new t-shirt.

    DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH AN ORDER, SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR MONEY!!
    The shirt I received is not the shirt I ordered. I ordered a mans size small as pictured on the image Rockabilia provided and I received a womans style shirt.     Sure, Rockabilia have great products. But I ordered a shirt and a postcard THREE MONTHS AGO. Once I paid them and they took my money, they told me the shirt was on backorder and could take as much as 2 months. Great. Now, 3 months later, I get an email saying the item was discontinued! They only offer exchanges, and now I've been waiting on hold for 20 minutes, with NO music, just the same "please hold" message literally every TEN SECONDS. This is the most annoying shopping experience of my life ...

    I've been going back & forth with Rockabilia since September 08 (it's now April 09) and after being strung along for month with back ordered items, extremely rude and poor customer service
    They've cut & pasted the same response to me on multiple occasions. They would not check inventory for items I listed to see if they were in stock before I placed an order - in fact, demanded a credit card to do so even though I was trying to find a replacement item for one that was apparently discontinued d ...

    I ordered 7 T-Shirts from a 30% off thing from Rockabilia, the package arrived 3 weeks after I ordered it, so that wasn't too bad. Even though a friend of mine ordered like 6 T's and got it within 10 days after ordering it. This site is actually pretty expensive for me so I'm never ordering from rockabilia anymore.
    If you live in Canada you gotta pay a lot more for these products, because of the exchange rate. And shipping is a lot more expensive than for people in the U.S.

    Rockabilia.com has quality products and a wide variety of bands.
    Takes FOREVER to ship. (Like a month and a half on regular shipping) I've gotten clothes from farther away that got to me in a few days time on normal shipping. You can't track your orders,theres no way to tell if an item is back ordered which is annoying because they don't keep contact very well either.

    In general a kinda sorta good site if you can put with a lot of rubbish.I'd rather shop elsewhere if possible.

    I should have read the reviews, it's my fault. I sucked up the shipping is outrageous, order was 3 weeks late and to add insult to injury if I want to send it back I will have to pay a restocking fee. There are other places to order from. I would never use this company again.

    The phone is not toll free. They refuse to provide refunds even though this policy is not stated anywhere. They were rude on the phone. Don't even think of ordering from them.

    I ordered my one, rare, shirt June 29,2008. When I didn't get it a week later I emailed them and they claimed they shipped it on July 1,that it is in Richmond Ca, (close to where I live) and should arrive shortly. I then checked their site constantly my order was still 'processing' all I hear about this site is the exspensive shipping and late arrivals. I wouldn't have taken the chance if they didn't have that one shirt. Now I feel wasted 30$.

    I ordered a t-shirt and 2 records about 3 weeks ago now and haven't even received an email to confirm my order. I received my bank statement recently and have noticed that they have debited my account for the items but I don't know if I will receive them or not. It is not easy to contact rockabilia as I can't find an email address so it looks like I will have to send a letter by post. I will NOT be using rockabilia again.

    The good points, well..... If your bored, you can waste your time sending emails, and ordering items, never to get your stuff.SHIP THE STUFF!!!! I ordered 2 shirts in late January, and it nearly July, and i still haven't gotten one email, and no tracking messages, no nothing! I could have "walked" to their Minnesota factory by now!!! DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE!!

    I ordered 5 shirts from them in January, now it is almost march, and they have informed me that "3/5 shirts i ordered were on back order, and another one was discontinued, they just forgot to take it off the site" first off should it still be on the site if it is in back order? Secondly I find the site hard to get any sort of customer support from the website. I have emailed them multiple times only to have my inbox empty from them for weeks.     Well I ordered from rockabilia probley 2 months ago and my package still hasn't showed up, and I dont know how to email them because I have not yet found a contact email address. Due to my experiences I do not recommend Rockabilia!

    This was like totally the best gear I have ever gotten. Not only was the ordering very easy, the gear was killer and I received it fast. I went to class the next day and everyone kept asking me where did ya score that at? I have told everyone that asked to go to Rockabilia.com.... Peace I'm out!!

    I was very pleased with the items I ordered from Rockabilia.com - I was wearing the coolest t shirts in town! The customer service was very nice & helpful, and they explained everything to me about how fast my order would be processed and shipped and offered me upgraded shipping if I wanted to get my order faster. I'd definitely recommend it to all my friends!

    First off this 5-7 days for processing time is stupid, if netflix can send you a DVD in 1 business day why cant Rockabilia? oh that's right because their lazy! I have no Idea why I keep ordering from them, I just hope everytime that they'll sharpen up and send my order fast.. but I'm always disappointed, I tried to email them about a backorder item that's almost 2 months late now,

    My boyfriend (for some reason) always buys his clothes from here, so I thought I would give it a shot, even though the item I was buying was cheaper most other places. So I ordered it, got a confirmation email and the company makes it really hard to get in contact with them.     I ordered a Christmas present for my friend in the middle of December from Rockabilia. I thought it was unfortunate that it didn't come before Christmas. Now it's the middle of March. Rockabilia said it's still on back order. This is an Iron Maiden sweatshirt, not the bones of an extinct animal! Come on, people. I could have sewn one from scratch by now.
