The hotel and grounds itself were absolutely immaculate, very well kept. The staff were friendly but make no mistake, like all egyptians they are just being nice to get the dollars out of your pocket.
The rooms are basic and clean but you wont really spend much time in here anyway. We liked to sit out on the balcony at night having a drink(with real beer bought from over the road!)as there wasn't any entertainment on in an evening.Which didn't bother us because i wouldnt want to sit around… Read Full Review

The Grand Azure is better that you can imagine from the brochure or internet every part of this hotel is wonderful. You never feel crowded as it is so spacious and well laid out. The staff are very friendly and will do what ever they can to make your holiday go well. Wonderful holiday. The only problem we found and this was nothing to do with the hotel what so ever, there are some shops to the right of the hotel after the supermarket and we felt very pressured by them we ended up buying creams… Read Full Review

The Hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The Jetty off the beach was a long walk but when you get to the end the snorkelling is fantastic! Some guests had no manners what so ever and you will be constantly hassled by the health club team. If you do go to this resort I would definitely do the Chinese and Arabian food. Go snorkelling, Quad biking and the water park (aqua park NOT Cleo park) with out fail. Churchill's cafe up the road is great to!… Read Full Review

On the whole the LTI Grand Azure hotel was too big for me, some of the guests are very arrogant and rude. To think you had to get up at 7.30 in morning so one could get a sun bed for the day was absolutely ridiculous, I thought that was a thing of the past. I found that all the bars and restaurants were severely under manned by staff and as a result of that waiting times were quite prolonged. An aggravating factor is that many of the other guests have no concept of waiting their turn and would quite happily push in front of you. This caused some friction between the the guests. The resort was very clean and well kept by the ground staff and the staff of the A la Carte restaurants were very friendly. Our room was kept immaculate by the cleaners and… Read Full Review

Due to the untrained staff's lack of hygiene knowledge, food poisoning is rife. Two of my days were spent being horribly ill, I was on a drip and had to have injections and a course of antibiotics etc. The hotel doctors were marvelous but so over worked and only getting around two hours of sleep a day. They reported that 70% of the guests that come to the hotel fall ill in varying degrees, that is two out of three people, which means if you don't fall ill you are very lucky indeed! I would seriously suggest staying at the LTI Grand Azure, if you are going to Sharm el Sheikh. It is very smart, very big, there is so much to do there. It is right on the beach as well, so you don't have to travel far to see the sea. The maids/cleaners are always cleaning. Literally from 5 o'clock in the morning, to 10 o'clock in the evening, whether it be the gardens they are doing or cleaning the pool, which they do daily, it is just immaculate. The rooms are serviced daily with clean towels… Read Full Review

If you have been all inclusive before, the LTI Grand Azure will perhaps be a let down, in the level of service or rather lack of it. They need lots more waiters in the lobby bar. Why not have a self service section too, to take the pressure off? This works very well in other 4/5* hotels we have been in. On balance, it was quite enjoyable and it was an experience to go and see the sights the country has to offer. I am so glad we went but if I went to Egypt again I would be tempted to try… Read Full Review

We stayed at the LTI Grand Azure in Sharm El Sheikh last week, and wow! What can I say? It was absolutely amazing! I arrived at Sharm airport, and I have to say that it was nowhere near as manic as some people said it was. The food at the LTI Grand Azure in Sharm El Sheikh was disgusting. The staff were looking at girls rather than doing much else. The drinks were rubbish. There was nothing to do, no entertainment, no beach, and there were people being sick everywhere, and staff were just sweeping it up and not washing it. Some people have commented about the amount of Russians at the LTI Grand Azure in Sharm El Sheikh. We noticed a mix of all nationalities. Yes there were many Russians, but we did not find this to be a problem. It was difficult to converse with them, but we managed using very primitive sign language.

A stunning hotel and gardens, and endless beautiful (but cold) pools. The whole place was spotlessly clean and immaculately kept. The LTI Grand Azure hotel in Sharm el Sheikh is fabulous looking, and so was the room. The food and drink was a massive let down for us. They definitely cater for folks who prefer quantity over quality, illustrated by the fact that the majority or the customers were happy with the diet of chips served daily from the snack bars! LTI Grand Azure is a beautiful complex. When travelling to Egypt, take lots of £1 coins for tips. You will be expected to tip the unoffical airport staff, hotel porters, waiters, maids etc.. but you will rarely have any small Egyptian currency because they don't seem to give it out. We were even given £1 coins as change rather than the Egyptian £10 note. If you don't have tips ready, you will end up spending far more because the smallest note they give you is worth about £6.

The Grand Azure is a beautiful looking resort but has room in many areas for improvement. The quality of decor finish in the rooms leave a lot to be desired.
