    Good Points: Nice site, Google Checkout, you can checkout from almost every page, repeat last order button, rechargeable cards, chat online, blog.


    Bad Points: Customer service is not 24 hours. Rates could be somehow expensive with some cards. They don't have automatic recharge


    General comments: It's a very nice and reliable site, rates are a little expensive sometimes but the have a new card every month with good rates and the rates are real (that is hard to find). Customer representatives are not native Americans but neither am I. Google Checkout, recharge from home and the repeat last order button are really cool features.

    Viapin is a site to recommend.

    I like this company a lot. The kids from the customer service are always ready to help no matter what you need or ask and they always offer the best options. If a rate is not updated on time they compensate you back so you get what you pay for. Site looks and runs better than most of the pages I've seen. Some rates are a little more expensive but you have a clean card, so your money is not going to fade away with tricky fees.

    Although the Viapin website is pretty user-friendly, customer service is not. I had some trouble with my calling card (access number didn't work) and got no assistance at all from customer service, as they claimed that they were 'not in charge of that area'.

    I have been unable to make calls during the first 2 days in December 2006.
    Kept getting message "All circuits are busy". They switched my card and access number without me ever knowing, they refused to change the product

    The calling card's rates and fees were a lot more expensive than they advertised, and I kept getting billed for maintenance fees. Instead of talking for 550 minutes as advertised, I ended up using less than 300.
    When I tried to contact their Customer Support, I received vague answers and kept being redirected between areas.

    Do not recommend this site.

    I'm really satisfied with the Viapin phone cards! I've tried others, and this is the best way to keep in touch with my family in Mexico.

    I really enjoy the The Viapin web site , it really is an excellent site with a great variety of services and products. Very good prices and fees and even better service for customers. Two thumbs Up

    I have just arrived from the United States and during my visit to Washington D.C, California, Texas, New York and Florida I kept in touch with my family in Colombia using this Company Calling Cards, they were actually pretty great. They have very honest cards compared to others i bought from other on line stores which gave me a lower rate to call but actually they charge me with a different rate and have connection problems which i also had one time with viapin but they have an awesome customer ...

    I found this site, did a search for top rated card sites with multiple reviews, and made a purchase. It went smoothly until the invoice which clarified that the requisite callback hours are not around-the-clock. That's a detail that should not be omitted, so I can't recommend the Viapin phone card site to anyone.

    Viapin is a really good prepaid calling card from the US! The pins are delivered instantly by mail with a printable version that I think is a great idea. The company always gives you what you paid for. If the rates change, they return you the money you lost. The rates are not the lowest but are not too high. The customer service always gives you the best option.

    I think that Viapin has proven that there is a way to build service through online stores. They are always concerned about helping US customers, and I think that they are experts in service. The cards are competitive, and they offer high quality products plus excellent service.

    The Viapin web site is a decent site with a good selection of phone cards. The rates could be more competitive, but they have these clean no-hidden charges cards that are very popular (and quite good). I don't understand why phone card companies don't do more of these cards; they are clearly very popular. People can count you know. Wait, perhaps not and that's why?

    I used Speedypin for a long while (also tried Nobel, but they were AWFUL in every way). Problem with Speedypin is that when you call one of their cards, it says you have, say, 500 minutes for a call. An hour and a half later, your call has a minute left. I tried almost all the cards available, and a lot of them are bad quality, anyway. AT+T was the only legitimate one, and AT+T has better cards at Sam's Club anyway.     So far I have not had any problems with VIAPIN. The customer service is fine however, a little difficult to understand the representative at times. The basic knowledge of the representative was fine. She was very eager to help me. Overall, the best deal for the money!!

    I used to buy from speedypin but their quality sucks! Never, never buy from them. I have been buying from viapin since November 2004. They are excellent. My friends also like it.

    Their customer service is the best.

    I Purchased two phone cards cards at viapin and I think they are very horrible and that the Rating of card is very inaccurate.

    Following are the Customer service details: For further questions, our Customer Service hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday; Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM except major holidays.

    I feel that during these times nobody tries to make an international call and therefore during these times people don't need ...
