Good Points: Looks nice in silver and was a good price.
Bad Points: 10 months on and its packed in. Just filled the freezer 2 days before with lobster langosteine, angus sirloin steaks, total of almost £200 in meat etc, now lost it all and the fridge contents too! Samsung sending engineer in 2 weeks time to "have a look".
General comments: The Samsung RL 39W BSW is the only fridge freezer I've ever owned with problems except for like 7 or 8 year old ones. This lasted 10 months so I would stay well clear.
If you buy one keep your tin cupboard well stocked and get in some powdered milk and plenty of food delivery menus. Like us, I'm pretty sure you will need them at some point!

Two door shelves have broken off my Samsung RL 39W BSW, also the ice cube maker and one of the salad drawers. Can I replace them? NO! Not anywhere. I will never ever buy a Samsung domestic appliance again. good but door shelves and the drawers are not built to last don't expect to be able to get many spare parts for this.

Samsung customer service were very unhelpful. The website shows different picture to the actual product.

The Samsung RL 39W BSW is cheaper than most but i have been unable to get service, warranty parts have been back ordered over 1 month. Still broken after 2 months.
