unreliable 3 plus site outages and support very poor i have been with 34sp.com a number of months now in that time in the time my website has gone down on at least 4 occasion due to there internal issues. Support is only office hours so you are totally stuffed if your site goes down outside those hours. Even during office hours you are sometimes waiting a whole day for someone to get back to you and then in my experience it is only to ask a stupid question. overall not a brill experience currently on the hunt for a better service. just a bit of an update I've now been with out a proper working service for 11 days and I am just going round in circles 34sp.com have advised me that there is nothing wrong with my site even though google has closed all of my ads saying my site is unreachable and every website checker ie pingdom and status cake etc said my site was down 34sp.com told me it is probably them and nothing to do with us. Finally the person I dealt with finds the issue after I had to pay for a developer to look at my site who told me what I have been telling 34sp.com for over a week now. Hi , I do apologise for the history of problems here, looking through it seems you'd had a similar 500 error with another plugin. I'm afraid we appeared to be having some caching issues as the site was displaying fine for us. Upon visiting the site in a proxy we could see these and fix them. I had a reseller account with 34SP since around 2010 and in the early days the service was excellent. In the last couple of years though the service went hugely downhill with them removing key services from the reseller package with no mention they would be removed and no chance of having them reinstated or receiving and compensation or discount. Throughout the discussions about the removal of the services the attitude I received was extremely dismissive and that they really couldn't care less about their customers and that if I didn't like it then I should just go elsewhere - not a simple job with the number of sites being hosted. I have finally managed to get all the sites off 34SP and closed my reseller hosting with them and good riddance. The new hosting with TSOHost is slightly more expensive but the customer service level is worth every penny. I would never host with 34SP again and highly recommend you look elsewhere for reseller hosting.
