They dont overload their shared hosting servers with thousands of accounts, so your sites always running fast, which is especially nice when running wordpress, as editing your site on a slow server is super irritating. Having been with 34SP for a number of years, we have found them to be reliable and helpful.
Always fast on support and if they have taken longer than a few minutes to repond via an e-mail they are always on the end of the phone too.
They are experts when it comes to their hosting services. Never appearing out of their depth in any way.
Despite other providers being marginally cheaper, we have stayed with 34sp because the support provided is always there when we need it.
