Good Points: A detailed 5 week diet plan, 6 meals a day, I do not have to plan and think what I will eat the coming days, no headache recipes are well documented and easy to prepare I love the weekly shopping list (very handy for working women !) One can prepare the meals a day ahead and bring them to work
Bad Points: Would like to know where I can find the curves products like the curves shake in Dubai (the United Arab Emirates)
General comments: I have been following the "CURVES carbohydrate sensitive diet plan" and lost 3 KGs in 2 weeks.
I'm eating more and more often (6 times a day!) than before. It seems to increase the metabolism. The only thing I have to do now is start doing some exercise (the curves 30 minutes circuit training or even the "30 minutes curves at-home workout", so I do not have any excuse) and I should get even better results.
There is also another option "CURVES calories sensitive diet plan" where the number of calories are counted.
