Good Points: Fast online ordering to delivery (next day when ordered at 6pm the day before). Good signal coverage in Halifax, UK.Got a £10 discount on service plan just for asking if they had any offers on!

Bad Points: The only thing I can think off is that my first choice of phone was out of stock, yet the website accepted my order. I had to phone in to the call centre to choose another phone.

General comments: I was a T-mobile customer back in the days when they were one2one, when their prices went up I switched to Orange. Had signal problems so switched to Vodafone for 2 years. Contract on Vodafone is up so I have switched to T-Mobile and so far very happy. £200 worth of calls and texts for just £25 a month a real bargain!

I have been with T-Mobile since 2004 and I guess this does not could for anything. I call T-Mobile to ask a question and the automated system said my new bill was over $700.00 (normally I pay about $109.00 per month for my son and myself). I asked about the charges and was told they were for text messages. I asked how could that be when I have the family plan unlimited text messages. T-Mobile stated that I changed the text message plan online when I added call tunes (which I know I did not). Now ...

I am very happy with T-Mobile. I definately have one of the best packages amongst my friends and don't have to sign up for these silly 18 month contracts.

Been tied into this network for the last 18 months, have struggled to use my monthly allowance due to having no signal in the Mold area of North Wales and also inside buildings, I'm going back to Vodafone as in my area it works well

Didn't have much of a choice. Vodafone and Orange wouldn't give me credit, while O2 wanted £200.00 deposit.Bought my phone(LG Viewty) last November under a 18 month contract. Had to pay a £100.00 deposit but was refunded this back after my second payment. Very helpful Sales assistant who spent some time explaining me about the phone. Originally wanted the N95, but due to its complexity opted for Lg.After 2 weeks I had a problem with the Camera, after several conversations with Cus ...

I used to think they had customer 'service'.I spent about half my Sunday resolving THEIR problem, a bad SIM in the at home router. After which all they could tell me was I could get a FIVE DOLLAR credit!!!What an insult! Let's see now . . . my Sunday time is worth less than $2 an hour.

I'm so upset with both the phone and customer service, that I'm actually going to pay the $200 to get out of the contract. Now that I've lost money on jobs because I didn't get their calls or messages (since the phone showed full signal, I didn't know I was missing calls), This will be the most expensive mistake I've ever made.

Even thought it is not cheap IT IS NOT WORTH IT. The coverage really really sucks. I felt like an idiot walking around looking at my phone trying to find a spot where I can get at least 1 bar. It doesn't work inside most buildings. The customer service is only really nice if you are trying to buy something.

I have rung T mobile about this direct and they are unable to put me through. I'm surprised that this is such a difficulty and can't believe I am the only one struggling with this communication. I have also emailed the company and still no reply .Maybe I should write as well!

I was in the St Helens Store and found their staff to be most helpful. They sorted out my issue without hesitation and was very pleased with the T-Mobile service.

Sent handset to their repair centre - still no reply from tmobile , despite taking advice from consumer direct. Who inform me that the handset must be of satisfactory quality, and durability. Clearly not so as im 14 months into an 18 month contract. Supply of goods and services act covers this anomaly.

I wouldn't recommend anyway waste there money going with T-Mobile. If I didn't have a 12month contract (which I regret getting now) I would've left this network along time ago.

Overall good but T-Mobile need to sort out their network coverage I think. The coverage has got so bad tin the last month or two that I can only get a signal at the bottom of the garden (not exactly convenient!) whereas previously, although it wasn't great, at least I could send and receive texts from upstairs. Am not happy and just researching which network may be better for coverage. Any ideas anyone?

Cheap service - literally - you get what you paid for - you end up paying more after their overcharges and unused minutes.

T-Mobile service is good and satisfactory as it has cheap prices, flexible price plans but then it has bad points. Bad coverage and have not such a brilliant logo also the website is not self explanatory!

I have recently gone from a monthly contract with T mobile to Pay As You Go. When I was discussing this with them, they didn't bother to mention there was a charge for it. Neither did they mention that I had a load of free options for 30 days, and free internet access for 10 days. How, then, do I know about these? I got a text on the final day, saying that the free service was now over, hope you enjoyed using them?! Not if I don't know I'm getting them. I'm looking elsewhere at present, won't ...

Never wanted to move to T-Mobile, as I've never found a carrier with as good coverage as Vodafone. Seem to be getting more and more SPAM texts, and random phone calls than I ever did before.

I am a Pay As You Go Customer!I have recently switch from Orange to T-Mobile and I now get Excellent signal, I'm not paying through the nose on calls, and the deals don't change every 5 minutes. My phone is no longer a expensive paperweight! I would recommend this service to people. Especially if they are Orange customers looking to change!
