Appalling service from T-Mobile. Previously complained a week or so ago Had 2 payg phones, asked for wife's to move to contract, they moved me by mistake, moved me back to payg, wiping out credit, free internet, had to get that reinstated Had 6 month web reinstated on the 13th, 9 days ago. Now receive a text saying I have gone over my fair use limit, i.e. 500mb in 9 days!! I go online to my T-Mobile, download my usage. Since the 13th I have downloaded 18.79 MB, not 500mb. Spoke to first bloke, Patrick,...

I went to upgrade my contract in Westfield Stratford city store" everything everywhere "I was given almost every information which would help me in getting a good deal. I must say the customer consultant Nikhil Patel helped me in getting the best deal. He provided me with information of so many upgrade deals and very detailed . Excellent customer service and friendly attitude. I really appreciate it and have come across such a good service very rarely. Anyways.....keep up the same good work. Thanks....

After having experienced sky high rates from t-mobile, i decided to change my phone from android to regular cell phone (flip phone). I tried to go online and cancel my data plan only to find out that i could not do it that way, and that I have to call t-mobile to do the changes. So there I was, called t-mobile and a male customer service representative named RYAN, who I spoke with, told me that he is going to do the changes that I want. My phone was stolen this morning. I had heard that iPhones could be tracked online so phoned the Lost and Stolen line where I waited for 20 minutes and was told that there is no way of tracking an iPhone. I notified the people at my office it was gone (it was taken in the office and I thought if I had dropped it it might be handed in) but was told no phone had been handed in. I then phoned to have the phone blacklisted and was told it could be unblacklisted again if necessary. An hour later a colleage...

* They will give you a very poor courtesy handset if you ever send your phone in under warranty. * The fixing of my phone under warranty took 2 months! * Locking customers in to contracts for 24 months is unethical practise (that a lot of companies, and even governments seem to force on us... well ok there is 'choice' but let's face it the alternative leaves us forced to choose long contracts that have very expensive early termination fees hidden in the small print). * Bullying tactics used when...

I was with T Mobile for 11 years. 10 of those I couldn't really complain. Last year I had a problem with my ex, and I had a court ordered pfa against him. I needed to cancel him off of my plan, and T Mobile still charged me for breaking my contract, to remove him from my line. I was disappointed that even though I was staying with them I still had to pay to get him off my plan, even with a pfa, it's not like I was just canceling cause I wanted to. I let that slide and I continued with my service...

I must admit they are pathetic, I took a contract last year March , recd a faulty handset returned it for another one and when I broke my phone this April phone safe insurance denied replacing my handset and demanded for proof exchange as they have a different IMEI number on records(worth to mention this insurance is sold by T-Mobile and you would expect them to update their records for change in info) it took 1 and half month for TMobile to send me proof of exchange I was frustrated and purchased a new handset as my profession demands support for certain days.
I've use Vodafone and O2 but never come across something cheap as T-mobile where u pay £10 for replacing SIM.
Customer service is terrible, they don't give u an incident number don't disclose their full name and no calls recorded, I requested my call transcripts paid them for it and recd irrelevant information.
I was a O2 customer for 4years left them last year march for HTC DESIRE ON T-mobile. I'm glad I will end my contract Nov 17 this year.
