Good Points: Some customer service agents are really good. Good priced contract. fair signal service

Bad Points: No help if you have a complaint. Not on in this competitive age.

General comments: I have been with T-mobile for many years now and always thought they were the best both customer service and technicals. Recently I upgraded via SCS who are said to be T-mobiles premier partner, but of course when you have a complaint you're on your own. I complained and got nothing but frustration and no help from either firm so regretably I would no longer recommend this company.

My contract with T Mobile is excellent! I pay every bill on time for 18 months and every 6 months I get £60 back each time, score! esspecially good since I get 700 mins plus unlimted texts (which I mostly use - the minutes are for emergancies) BUT WAIT!! What have we here?? I also took out a phone under my name for my other half, they said in carphone warehouse that I would be able to change it to his name they would just have to run a security check, fair enough right? Wrong, have to wai ...

T-mobile reception is erratic where I live - just 3.5 miles from Birmingham centre. Some days its fine, others I have no signal yet their website says the signal is very good in this area. I have reported this to them but they just keep telling me the signal is good where I am. I have changed phones and SIMS too but still the signla is poor. I have a colleague who lives on the other side of Birmingham and has the same problem. I will not be renewing my contract.

I have been with T-Mobile for last 30 months. After using it for 18 months, I told them that I want to leave as I don't need the £15 per month usage. They gave me an option of £5 per month with a reduced tarrif. I was quite happy with this. However, without any prior notice or anything, they charged £15 from my bank. When I asked them why they did it, they said that my 12 months contract has ended last month. I said you should have notified me that it has ended before starti ...

My wife was sold a contract by T-Mobile intended to cap mobile usage for our 16 year old daughter. Whilst we made it clear to the staff that is what we wanted, they still had her sign a contract that was NOT suitable for our needs and the salesman there obviously blagged it. Unfortunately we did not realise until our daughter ran up a bill of £140 recently. When my wife went into T Mobile shop (SOLIHULL!) she was met with arrogance by the manager who quipped "well you signed the contract! ...

worst network in the united kingdom treats customers like rubbish i got a t-mobile contract for 18 months in the uk. paid for full insurance, my phone broke yet t-mobile (even though i had insurance) refused to give me a new one, and told me i had to send it into repair. they even refused to give me a phone to use, whilst my mobile was being repaired! finally my 18 month contract came to an end. 3 months later, kept receiving bills and found out t-mobile still charge you after the 18 months ...

I have never dealt with a compnay that has such an appaling customer service attitude as T-Mobile. I have a problem with my Nokia 5800. on going, been repaired and still locking up,losing number etc etc etc. The lady at the service desk just said."your stuck with that phone til the end of your contact. 16 months away" Yes I've only had the phone 8 weeks. Even when I offered to pay extra for a different phone on a higher contract, They just are not interested. They take your money and run. So I a ...

I bought a phone from T-Mobile online and was unhappy with how it worked so I returned it as agreed with them in its original packaging and using their their special secure postage system. They have been promising to return the money to me for 3 months now. Every time I call they acknowledge that the phone was returned and promise to return the money by a specific date and then don't. Do not touch this company

T-Mobile is the worst network I been on and I been on all of them. First I was miss-sold the phone and the contact, then they removed a tower in my area so I had no signal in my house and poor signal out side, I had to go out side to make calls and listen to my voice mail (only thing I can do) complaint a lot to every one at all levels for long time no one really cared. Customer service was a joke I was told in so many words you signed a contact so your stuck with it. I was losing business beca ...

Phone has'nt been working for months. T-Mobile told me to send it off for repair, and when it came back said they had fixed it. Turned phone on and exactly the same problem within the first 5 minutes. Sent it off twice more, and on the third time they said they had changed everything except motherboard and casing. Tried turning phone but exactly the same problems still going on. Customer service very poor, as they are very rude and seem to cut you off alot. Each department gives conflicting advi ...

T Mobile is the worst network I have ever been a customer of. Never had signal, phone broke within 3 months and they would offer no help, very rude call centre staff, generally most expensive out of all 4 main providers. Basics not included in a standard contract like roaming - was not warned I would not be able to use my phone abroad, and could not recieve or send picture messages all came at an extra cost. They failed to keep up to date recoreds of me, basic things like address then was treat ...

I have been with T-mobile for over 10 years since the one2one days. Always found them to be a good all-round service. It seems to be getting expensive, and the coverage compared to other networks friends are on seems to be getting worse. Sorry I'm off to O2 or Orange.

I bought 2 phones from T-Mobile on Christmas Eve 2008 that had rebates totalling $70......it has been 10 weeks and I have received no rebate money. I sent the rebate info certified mail to prove that I had indeed sent the rebates in.....I called 2 weeks ago....they said one of the rebates was in the mail....today, I called again to see the "status"....this is after looking on line - per their phone message....and it said the other had been denied....when I called, they said that it was "mis-pro ...
