    Good Points: Clean up is super fast.


    Bad Points: None experienced thus far.


    General comments: Have only ever used commercial bread mixes but have found that the Breville BR6 Bakers Oven machine works exactly how it is supposed to. I haven't had any problems experienced by some others, perhaps I've been lucky or perhaps I can read directions :-)

    If the Breville BR6 Bakers Oven worked it would be attractive because it has a good range of options. But it doesn't work so the options are of course wasted. I found that the ingredients will not combine as the blade cannot reach into the corners. The ball of dough gathers more flour and gets bigger as the machine kneads but not enough to mix anywhere near all of the dry ingredients. An awful machine.

    My special recipe for a small loaf.

    Put in the machine in this order.

    1 teaspoon salt.
    150ml water
    150 grams Strong White Bread Flour
    1 teaspoon of yeast for breadmakers

    Best loaf in the World!

    I like the features of this Breville BR6 Bakers Oven breadmaker - fairly attractive and very good range of settings - like the timed option, so you could wake up to fresh bread and the lovely smell! However, after only about 10 times of breadmaking, it has packed up. Of course, it's already out of warranty. There seems to be something wrong with the processor chip - when I switch on, the LED indicator flashes on for a second then goes out. Very annoying.
