    Good Points: Friendly sales staff, reasonable prices, customer care is excellent


    Bad Points: Small company


    General comments: Bought this Cool Systems AMD Shuttle Computer System from Cool Systems on the Isle of Wight about 6 weeks ago and I am chuffed as nuts !
    Came ready installed with XP home fully updated and I also added Norton Internet security which was also fully updated !
    The system was packed well and had instructions on how to plug all the bits in.
    I added a 15" LCD monitor, another 512mb of memory and upgraded the keyboard and mouse to a wireless set.
    Maybe because they are a small company is why their attention to detail was so good !
    I have used it nearly every night for the last six weeks or so and i've had no problems at all (apart from user error!)
