Patterson’s is a good place to be. The restaurant serves the most amazing food. I also enjoyed a decent discount on meals. However, they need to train their staff. They need lessons in customer service. (read more)

I went to Pattersons for my 40th birthday meal and had a fantastic time. The staff were very attentive (but not in your face) the food was very good and overall it was excellent. The price is a little 'punchy' (£15 for a starter isn't the best value...) but at least you get quality for your money It ended up being over £80 a head and we didn't order expensive wine - so it's definitely a treat venue rather than your standard Saturday night. I love Pattersons - i have never had a bad meal there. One of the things that makes it fantastic is that they always seem to have a 50% off deal if you book through TopTable. Granted without this then the menu is fairly pricey (at something like £45 for 3 courses) however with a 50% discount on the food this is more than reasonable, particularly when you take into account the quality of the food.
