Good Points: Food is good.
Bad Points: Terrible, terrible service!
General comments: Covent Garden, French, Le Palais du Jardin - If you want to experience the worst service in London, this is the place for you!! Terribly poor service is backed up with unpleasant staff! This is the second time I've been and they were even worse than last time, which I didn't think was possible. We had to order our second bottle of wine three times before it arived, and we'd asked for a bottle of water five times before they accomodated that! Plus, the waiter felt the need to tell me off for complaining at his poor service! It's a shame really because the food is good and the venue is a nice French brasserie style. However, Gordon Ramsay could be in the kitchen and I'd still not go back!
