Fantastic on your feet. Nike Air Zoom Swift Vapor feel light and give great support it makes running feel easy. They lasted for about a year, one of the air pockets inside burst so not a long term investment! (read more)

The shoe is a great runner for those semi serious or just running for weight loss or exercise. It keeps your feet cushioned and shouldn't hurt them even on the first day or two of running. It has great arch support and you'll barely even feel them on your feet. (read more)
