Ironically, our clothes smell worse after being "washed" in this LG WM2032HW machine than they did prior to going in the machine. In our opinion, there should be a factory recall or class action law suit because of how poorly this product performs. We regularly experience error messages for no apparent reason, and the mildew smell, especially on towels, is horrendous. The time that it takes to do one load of laundry is at least double that of using a typical top-loading machine. According to ...

I have never completed a review on any product so doing this review goes to show my level of disappointment.
For $2500 from a reputable firm the LG WM2032HW should have lasted more than 5 yrs - also service and support has been very poor - it will take about 10 days to get the parts in and judging by these other reviews the problems are the same. Early failure on the circuit boards, sensors etc, musty smell especially in towels etc etc. Ironcially I am told LG is one of the better ones!

Washing machine is just 5 years old.
Repair said that "board" and motor both shot.
Will cost me over 500.00 to repair.
Am throwing it out, before I put that into it.
    Maytag for me!!!
Piece of junk, will NEVER buy an LG product again.

Liked, but didn't love, the LG WM2032HW machine for the last couple of years. I use the "sanitize" setting more often thinking that it was my towels that had a smell...but now that I have read this site I guess it may be the machine that is smelly. I had small amount of water under the front door but it just became a larger puddle over the last few days and the repair man wants $300 to fix the hose on the bottom of machine. It looks like something sharp went through the wash (what?with 2 kids ...

Clothes we washed with this LG WM2032HW smell like they were not cleaned. There seems to be some place within the machine that catches water - as the water exiting the machine reeks to the point of us having installed a fan and opening the windows. We have taken the machine apart, to no avail - the smell is still there and the clothes still smell bad - will never purchase an LG product again.

My LG WM2032HW washing machine started making a very loud noise on spin. My repairman diagnosed it as a bad bearing--not worth fixing!! The machine was only four years old so I called LG.The girl told me that even though the machine was out of warranty they would replace it if I had an authorized LG tech (mine was not) came and looked at it and said it was indeed "unrepairable." This seemed too good to believe so I asked her three or four times if it was true. I didn't want to pay a second t ...

Durability on my LG WM2032HW has been a real problem. The bearings went out and it will cost as much to fix as it does to buy a new washer. I recommend buying a different brand that has more durability. Im looking at Maytag and Whirlpool which seem to have better customer ratings

Loved my LG WM2032HW in the beginning, but have only had for 4-1/2 years and everything went out on the washing maching. Also had problems with my dryer initially, but that has since been fixed. The drum with bearings went out, sensor, exterior drum, etc. Spent $900.00 for something that lasted 4-1/2 years. My advice: don't buy!

Thru the year lived and worked with LG to fix the stench from the LG WM2032HW. Door seals were changed twice, machine drains were done, we ripped out and replaced our drain piping in walls. All caused by a bad machine.
LG finally removed that machine and replaced N/C. Voila smell disappeared. New machine forces door to stay open and breathe.
18 months into new machine main drive - totally failed. After number of dicussions with Dealer, LG and Extended warranty (Gotta have it with an LG!). They ...

We bought the LG WM2032HW Washer in 2005 and since then we have had some problems with it. The washer does not drain completely, we have to open the lid at the bottom to drain the stinky water that sits in it.

The LG WM2032HW was not as good as it looks, will not buy another LG washer or dryer again, components are of a poor quality, I purchased both items after a 2 years, the dryer had to be fixed and the washer machine. I pay more than $300.00 to get them fixed, By the way, we are a family 3 adults. Also a Dryer (DLG5932w) Don't recommend it.

Worked well until the warranty ran out. Kept getting unbalanced and ceased to work. It looks pretty, but the stupid thing doesn't work. Needed adjustments every quarter of a year.

My LG WM2032HW washing machine does a good job cleaning clothes. However, since the day I received the machine it has leaked. It doesn't matter how many times they come out to fix it or what they do to fix it, it still leaks. LG did replace my washer, but the replacement washer leaks just as the original washer did. I am now trying to get LG to work something out with HH Gregs so I can exchange it for a Frigidaire which is what I had originally and never had problems with.

My LG WM2032HW washing machine broke down repeatedly, not finishing cycles. I was told I was overloading it, which MAY have been possible at first, but as a couple of months went by of being careful, it seemed to get overloaded by less and less, until it would give the error code for being overloaded with only a single T-shirt in it. I'm trying to return it now. In addition even the normal cycle without anything extra takes a VERY long time, and if you want any extra rinse, or anything more than ...

The front door seal of the LG WM2032HW is leaking and the pc board is toasted. LG is dragging there feet to get this fixed, they don't return phone calls. Bad service. And of course I will never buy another LG product, not because it broke, hey I know thing break, but because their service STINKS.

I bought the LG WM2032HW front load and was very impressed initially. After 8 months the machine locked down. HH GRegg (where purchased) came out in a week and said it needed motor. 1.5 weeks later installed motor, and immediately circuit board melted down.

I have the LG WM2277HW front loader. It is installed on the 2nd floor on the LG pedestal. It will not stay in balance even though it has been repeatedly levelled.

LG service is horrible. They are rude and unresponsive. They now tell me they do not support installation anywhere except in the basement on concrete. This is not mentioned anywhere in the manual. LG Service centre do not know how to fix anything.

This is not an inexpensive machine and it does not function properly. ...
