Thanks to Gatorade, I have been able to prepare many for amny an exam by studying through the night. The taste is quite good and unlike some other products, it does not give an unpleasant after taste. My friends already know all about it and I think more people can benefit from this drink.

A good drink to have when you are in a game. Better then drinking a soda before you go out on the field.

Gatorade is a good energy drink. As per most, they give electrolytes (which give energy), simple sugars (taste, energy), and it's non-fat.

The powdered kind that you make on your own is good for you and doesn't contain fructose, but stay away from the bottled kind that comes in most vending machines - it contains fructose which gives a short high and then gives a big low!

However, because the amount is very little (fructose), I would definatly recommend it anyways for a quick boost in energy... especially on this hot, sunny, summer days!

The Gatorade drink is pretty good in taste, and when fuelling u up for energy in sports it does also pretty good, it definitely gives u a lot more energy then water for sure, go buy this for energy.
