Do not use this company. A simple order for a rug back in the beginning of Jan, wrong item sent. Still trying to resolve issue and have now given up on replacement just want my money back. Customer service is a joke, when you phone customer services tell you to ring sales, sales tell you to ring customer services. Tell you someone will call you back...... nobody bothers. “Disgusting customer service and a very rude store manager!”

went into Bedford store back in December for a dining table. They took £60 delivery charge and was told il get a call in Jan to arrange delivery. Following month they arranged a delivery date for 23/01 which was great. A week or so before I get a call to say there's been a delay the dining table won't come into the warehouse until 23/01 and I will get a call on that day to arrange the new date. “Worst products”

We bought leather electric recliner sofa from Harveys about a year ago. The sofa had lots of problems. We did independent assessment. We were told that the sofa has manufacturing defects which Harveys have admitted to it. So they offered us with 2 options 1. Like to like replacement 2. “Absolute Nightmare”

We ordered a Dining Table with Chairs and a TV entertainment unit in store. TV Unit was not on display so we ordered by looking at the picture on the brochure and online. “Care protection plan”

Don't bother purchaseing the 5year protection plan, after moving my furniture due to a new floor been fitted. The frame and cushion have moved too. I have to pay yet another 45pound for a report to find out if it's the manufacturer fault. I think I was miss sold this insurance… Read Full Review

I am having the same problem with harveys about a tear on the front of my sofa. I took out the 5 year protection plan and wish I hadn't!. They sent a guy from guardsman to check out the fault and immediately said I was not covered for this as it was a manufacturing fault. I rang harveys customer service and have been told that I will need to get an indepedent report at a cost of 48 pounds. I am going to put a comment on their Facebook page, if no joy trading standards.

“Port quality and poor customer service ”

“rubbish quality”

Bought two double 'Club' recliners. Out of the four seats only one is padded correctly. One seat slopes to the middle, another to the outside and the third has so little padding in the back of the seat it feels like you will slide down and out of the back of the sofa. Ordered two 3 seater sofas in September and was due delivery on 7th December, therefore 3 months waiting time. Received a call a week before the 7th to pay for the sofa as i had only put a deposit down. It seems Friday 16th December was THE date for failed deliveries as I also have been awaiting goods from Harvey's and still not received them and no one can advise me where they are, despite 3 scheduled delivery dates being given to me with failed deliveries each time. Ruined our family Christmas

Made my furniture purchase back in August 2016. Received confirmation of December 2016 delivery date. Store staff were great, so far so good. Then on the confirmed delivery date, Harveys failed to turn up. They didn't even bother to make a courtesy call to explain why. Helpline was either closed or long waiting time (61 minutes !!!!). “Awful customer service, constant lies!”

Purchased a Harvey's Leatheraire recliner corner suite on the 26/12/15. Delivered on the 3.3.16. 3.10.16 mark noticed on material, technician visited needed a recover. Then 4 weeks later another mark and one of the recliner seats is so soft it is not comfortable to sit. Bearing in mind I have only had this sofa for 8 months and all they are saying is they have an obligation to repair only, despite being on a one year guarantee. purchased sofas on the 29th august from your hayes bridge branch, i was told it would take approximately 14 weeks for delivery. I purchased an item of furniture, it took a while to find there were defects with it, the first contact I made with. Customer services was good, unfortunately it went down hill from there, it took almost two months of being spoken to rudely by some members of customer services before getting the issues resolved. “we were mis-sold a sofa ”

I contacted Trading standards, they gave me great advice, they were keen to take on the case for me, call me stubborn if you like, however after being lied to and knowing they had lied to their independent upholsterer I then decided to take further actions, I contact furniture ombudsman, resolutions, social media and head office, my theory was bang on a door long enough someone has to answer it, finally I got my full refund, good luck!

the Gravesend store staff are oversized middle aged men who sit around selling TERRIBLE furniture all day, they do not care about their customers once they have sold the furniture. they are rude and I would defiantly not recommend them. I have come to the conclusion that the extended warranties taken out with this company are a complete and utter waste of money .....
