Purchased above from Harveys and delivery was received 3/5/14. Within 2 months end seat had sunk. Engineer called and inserted extra foam. 22.4.16 Informed Harveys that both end seats have now sunk, only to be told that it was out of 1 year guarantee. Also informed customer services that the back of one seat and side of another seat the fabric has faded, only to be told that the Harveys Fabric 5 year care and protection plus guarantee only covers accidental damage. “Appalling”

Appalling customer service, once they have your money couldn't care less. Salesperson distracted us and then wrote a different date for delivery on the order, we couldn't challenge that so much as had signed the invoice. Nevertheless, we had ordered 2 sofa's they arrived 5 weeks later than expected. Attempts to try to chase the order up led to being put on hold and never getting through, we followed the advice to email, each time there was a seven day lapse between replies. “Harveys customer services ”

We bought a heavy marble table with 8 chairs (quiet expensive) and also bought insurance cover for it. Initially,before the purchase, we were promised alot of things. Later, the delivery was a few weeks late so we started some work in the lounge. The stuff arrived but we didn't open it straight away. “Suite not delivered!!!”

Having been told by salesman in the stairfoot store my two settees would be delivered within ten weeks, I rang customer services to ask for delivery date. They promptly told me the settees weren't even in the country and not even made. Told there would be a three week delay. Rang back in three weeks and still no joy. I would like to say how extremely disgusted I am with the response of you customer services department. I have been told nothing but waffle while waiting for some chairs to be delivered which were 3 weeks over due when they arrived. After reading your customer satisfaction write up on the info we were given when we bought the chairs, somebody needs to explain this to the customer services dept. “Missing sofa”

After visiting the Rotherham store in January 2016 my 85 year old mother ordered a settee and a chair. The staff were very helpful and we came a way feeling confident that the goods would be delivered in 7 weeks. “Wrong fabric!!”

Having waited 12 weeks for a new (not cheap!!) dining room table, 4 chairs and a bench with seat pad, I am thoroughly disappointed to find that two of the chairs have different seat fabric to the one I ordered and the bench cushion is also different :-( Delivery was as advised and on time and the drivers were helpful and polite. Good service in store but the customer service centre and the distribution centre are abysmal. It has taken 5 months to complete my order with Harveys. Distribution centre rang within a week to arrange delivery and within minutes sent a text to say our items would be delivered at a completely different time - when we wouldn't be at home! Was given a delivery date by Harveys for delivery of my 2 sofas so on the morning disposed of old sofas. after 9 days of no delivery my disabled son is still struggling out of a bean bag and I'm struggling sitting on floor with arthritis. I was told the delivery men ran out of time on the day. I'm constantly lied too by customers services and just fobbed off. I MOVED INTO A SMALL FLAT THAT WAS UNFURNISHED AT THE TIME AND DID NOT REALISE HOW SMALL IT REALLY WAS. IPURCHASED A TWO SEATER SOFA ANXD ONE CHAIR, THEY WERE DELIVERED JANUARY 20TH. “Shocking terrible ”

My parents brought a leather sofa and two chairs in October 2015. They were told delivery would be in January they've had a call to say it would be delivered end February it's finally arrived with 10 minutes notice. Delivery staff got it off the lorry and found that half the sofa missing they left the chairs and said that they would sort it been nearly another month gone by and still waiting for the sofa to arrive. “Shocking Experience - Manager refuses to refund!”

I ordered a new sofa costing £3400 in Novemeber and was assured by the store manager at Glasgow Hillington that is would be with us by the end of February. “EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE FROM HARVEYS”

Our delivery is extremely late as we have recently been told that there is no way it can be delivered any sooner than 31st March!!! Collected a catalogue from the store - the dining table and chairs we were interested in were priced at FROM £349.00.The price on the furniture was £399.00. Enquired how long delivery would be and was told 2 weeks, which in fact (according to the website) is 8 weeks.
