Walk-in. Counter person was very rude and unfriendly. She acted like I was inconveniencing her! Will not be gracing this establishment with my presence anymore.

Every time i try Starbucks i'm amazed at why so many people keep going there. With so many other good coffee shops available across London (chain cafes & independent) my last choice would be Starbucks. Their coffee is always so weak and overly milky (i'm a latte drinker); I never experience that rich taste and sharp smell that you should get from a good quality coffee. I also never seem to get the same caffeine buzz that I do from drinking other barista-made coffees. The environment of their cafes is also too dour and staid. There's nothing crisp, new or stylish about them. The 1 selling point i thought they has was free wi-fi. But every time i've tried to use it (my friend has a loyalty card) it fails or is incredibly slow. In fact the only good thing about Starbucks is the caramel wafers. Place one of these sticky delights over the top of your coffee cup and let the steam soften it until the caramel melts. Pure delight and nearly makes up for the horrible coffee below!

I completely agree with this review. Starbucks is like McDonald's in coffee business!
