I like the Michells, they are great especially Roxy, she's the best. But it does my head in when they're always arguing, which is a lot of the time!

Eastenders is absolutely rubbish. Its all the same storylines, making the competing soaps do exactly the same storylines and it just gets so boring. People should give up watching Eastenders, and hopefully they'll stop showing it :)

I really hate Eastenders, although everyone in my class love except my two friends. They are always gossiping about what happened- you can hear them chanting: "Did Jereb really die?", "What happened to Patty?", "Matt was so unfair to Josie"
and so on. Kids as young as 11 watch this horrible and dull soap- like they really understand grown up problems and how to deal with them. Eastenders- I have to admit it does have some pretty poor actors. I think that Eastenders is a bad example to children. ...

Was forced to watch the prog the other nite as the missus had beaten me to the remote..a point that i did not like and it seems to predominate your liberal mamby-pamby programmes that are shown..Grange Hill was another where kids are portrayed as knowing best..there have been others that I cant recall at the mo..you make it to be that that bad behaviour is acceptable where 14 year olds kids can call the shots..Beal was in a resturant with his family and and his daughter walked out..that display ...

i love eastenders! i've found out the storylines that are coming up between max and tanya and the storyline with stacey and steven and i think they're amazing! eastenders...keep up the good work :]!

Its nothing but doom and gloom in peoples lives all the time, people having a go at one another. Why do people really want to watch this. And if they do, why should we always give people what they want, for money of course!

We already know that the great technological advance of a washing machine has passed the residents of Albert Square by, in fact the only nod to technology is the fact that Bradley has a James Bond DVD fixation, bit like Alan Patridge's really only that's more believable.
You cant really blame Bradley though, even he struggles to convey the excitement involved in a whole days Bondfest. And lets be honest, he does a much better job of acting when it requires a very red face.

Eastenders - what can I say! I love Eastenders particularly the episode recently where Mad May and her follower Rob lead Dawn Swann to Rob's parents cottage unaware of what May had in store for her! I was shouting at Dawn to get away from May - I was that engrossed in the episode. This storyline has really been fantastic and I am glad they changed the storyline. Why is it that Eastenders is a Great British institution. The show is thrown about in everyday language i.e. 'Get that done quickly and you will be home in time to see Eastenders'. It is almost a given that everyone watches it, and what is the deal with people talking about the characters like they would talk about their mates.

I can honestly see Eastenders being cancelled, it must cost a fortune to produce and its decreasing popularity with the UK public reflects the opinion that it's probably run its course. The BBC has an obligation to spend licence fee payers money responsibly and not to continue "flogging a dead horse." To be fair, the actors are only as good as the scripts they recieve and in my opinion they have been badly let down badly by the quality of the writing. I love Eastenders, the soap addict I am! I like the characters, most of the storylines, and we all know it isn't real!!! The story annoying me at the moment is the Billy and Honey baby one. Get over it Honey! So the baby has Down's Syndrome! She could have been born a lot worse off! It will be nice to carry this story to a happy one, I think it about time some special needs people were involved in the soaps. People with Down's Syndrome are loving and caring, and have a place in our society.

I would rather watch Coronation Street, as good things actually happen, as well as bad. Eastenders is just filled with sadness.
If someone is going to get married, something has to go wrong. Ruby and Stacey have been on the front of the magazines for about 9 months now. *yawn*.
I used to be obsessed with Eastenders, but now I can miss months and not care.

There is no plot to Eastenders. All the characters look like they have been dragged in off the street, and have the mannerisms to prove it. I hate this soap, but it provides entertainment value to laugh at.

Eastenders, what a lot of rubbish, a load of people who live in London all drink in the same pub, eat every meal in the same scanky cafe and don't own a washing machine between them, live out their miserable lives in front of the nation.
