This was a cheap family holiday, I don't expect 5 star when I don't pay for it. It was good clean basic accommodation, and we had a fantastic holiday. The sun was out every day and that is what we went for.

The Club Viva Hotel has a nice pool, nice staff, and nice food. However I thought the rooms were more like bedsit rooms, not holiday apartments.

Had a great time all the staff from the manager the entertainment manager bar staff lady who cleaned our apart every day and lovely gent who carried our bags.
What a holiday, we had my son and his girlfriend and husband give it 10 out of 10 and have told every one what value for money. They all work very very hard to please, thanks Club Viva Hotel for great time!

it wasn't that bad for the area as all the other hotels were a like. i wouldn't recommend going all inclusive or half board as you'll end up going out for food every night but a great place to stay.

    1) The food had no taste, was the same all the time.
    2) The rooms were not child friendly, were not cleaned properly.
    3) The waiters seemed rude and non helpful to those who were not English.

I didn't mind the food and the staff make the place. They cant do enough for you and really make it a fab place to holiday- all smiles and laughing with music and dancing for the kids.

I wouldn't say it is more than 3 star on food and board basis and if you have been all inclusive in Spain or Egypt be prepared for a massive shock but we met some fabulous people who had come away with their kids for a great time and that is what we had. It was all British people when we went.

    If you are lo ...

This was a holiday from hell!

    1. The food was unbelievable. It was cold because it was kept in dishes that were not heated. The food was not labelled so you were not sure what you were eating. The variety was disgusting chicken, chicken and chicken again. Oh and lets not forget cold beans. All the cold food was uncovered so was therefore not protected from flies or anything. I would not even serve this food to a dog as slops.
    2. The waiters in the hotel were extremely rude and very unprofess ...

By all means go as a self catering party but do not under any circumstances go all inclusive, cold beans and chips for breakfast, cold liver and onions as a lunchtime main dish, dinner was usually lunchtime leftovers, with more stuff added to bulk it up again, with more cold chips. My child survived on toast with chocolate spread for breakfast because that's all he would eat. We ate out every night, which is cheap enough, but that's not great if you had expected it to be all inclusive.

Club Viva Hotel is a hotel we would definitely recommend to anyone - whether you were a couple or a family, large or small. It is perfect for everyone - with great entertainment, food, staff and views. It was our first time to the hotel and Turkey, and we are already trying to book up to come again in October.
There was clear signal for any networks, though they were Turkish networks, but you could still phone somebody or text them.
The apartments were kept very neat and tidy - nothing of ...

Our family went to the Hotel Viva in Marmaris on a last minute booking, and we were a little worried by the negative reports that we had read. We need not have been, as they appear to be out of date. The management and staff at the Viva have all recently changed, and we found them to be friendly and accommodating. We had a few issues with our room over our fortnight, but in my opinion the measure of good customer service is how well problems are handled, and ours were all treated with urgency, a ...

We booked our first trip to Turkey two days before we left and were very excited about the 4* all inclusive Club Viva hotel. Even with some of the bad reviews we had read we were still very excited about our holiday and when we first arrived at the hotel we were impressed. The staff seemed incredibly friendly we had a fabulous room overlooking the pool and the mosque (which did not wake us up at 5.30 once). Breakfast was probably the worst meal of the day with very limited choice and the same ...

It is my 16th visit to turkey and I found Club Viva Hotel to be very well maintained, hotel rooms are clean and were cleaned every day of my stay and beds made up and changed daily some rooms do not have balconies, the communal toilets area were really clean the food on the all inclusive board was a good standard and was varied to a certain degree and of good quality the staff were friendly and not to over bearing, as some times you will find in other hotels I would give this hotel a 7 plus out ...

Contrary to the other review, I thought Club Viva Hotel was brilliant!

When we first walked in I thought this place was a bit to posh for me. The rooms were large and roomy, with a view of the nearby beach. Air conditioning kept you cool.

The Staff were lovely, always cracking jokes and being friendly. The bar service was brilliant, apart from the fact fanta ran out a lot so it was bottled from the supermarket, but still chilled and good to drink.

Their was a children's pool which to be ...

Marmaris, Club Viva Hotel - We arrived at the Club Hotel Viva, 2 adults and 2 children, and were given a family room overlooking the pool, and unfortunately, the local mosque (which announced its prayer times 5 times a day via 8 loud speakers, just what we needed at dawn!). On arrival at this hotel, all looked OK at first glance. But just how sorry we are for entering this hotel.

They advertised a children's club and there was none, unless you want to count the Play Station 2, which was char ...
