  Good Points: It's small and pink and feminine. It's not the kind of product that scares you away with huge blades and painful-looking things. It's actually kind of cute. The Braun instruction guide is very useful. Easy to clean, maintain. The starter head makes it easy to get used to the product. Leaves long lasting results! Doesn't rip at your skin, actually leaves it smooth. So your skin isn't damaged.

  
  

  Bad Points: You might want to do this when you're alone or have music playing loudly since it's kind of noisy. You have to go over the same spots a couple of times if you have a lot of hair. But another reviewer did bring up beauty=pain. It hurts a lot, but you can get used to it. The beginner's head will really help you start to get used to it though. For very sensitive skin, it will cause redness that might take a couple hours to go away. Just epilate before you go to bed, by the next day your legs will be nice and smooth.

  
  

  General comments: I had always been shaving's number one fan. Until I started to grow this really thick and coarse hair. At first I thought of waxing, but my mom's been a loyal Braun Soft Perfection epilator fan since she was little. So I started using hers. The first couple of times, I wondered how they managed to stay in business if all they did was try to kill people's legs. But it started getting less painful. It comes with a starter head, so it doesn't hurt as much but you have to go over the same spot a couple of times. It hurts a TON on places that have a lot of hair yet it stops hair growth for quite a long time. I still shave spots where I miss, yet once you get rid of the hair, it doesn't come back for another month or so.

  Braun Soft Perfection Epilator 8790U - Okay, so yes there is discomfort to put up with, but then I would most definiately say it is worth it. The epilator leaves your skin feeling smooth and silky for up to weeks at a time. I can honestly say, after shaving, hair removal cream waxing and epilating... this by far is the best option in the long run. It's time to be a real woman and say YES to epilation!!!

  Braun Soft Perfection Epilator 8790U: This is an effective way of hair removal and can be fast, but sometimes you need to go over the same area to ensure all hairs are removed. It can be used on the bikini area, underarms and legs. It comes with a cooling pad and starter head to ease pain but I feel the pain is still immense. I do love it though.
