Good Points: Umm, Err. Sorry dunno!!

    Bad Points: Battery life
    Earpiece volume
    Uncomfortable
Way overpriced for its lack of performance

General comments: What an awful thing the Nokia HDW-2 bluetooth headset is to buy! I survived for nearly 2 years with it (only because I'm tight fisted).

Sometimes I drive a Land Rover, and with the noise that vehicle gives out, you might as well stop and park up to answer the phone, as the earpiece volume is no way loud enough. So if you're lucky enough to have a conversation on it for lets say, 20-30 minutes, give it an hour later and the battery will be flat! Also the bluetooth connection seems very unstable, and half the time you lose it somewhere between the phone ringing and answering the call (quite annoying that).

All in all I would not recommend you buy it. To put it nicely - it's rubbish, and it sends your blood pressure though the roof!!
Soon to see the end of my hammer (when I can get through the junk in my garage to get to it).

I got the Nokia HDW-2 bluetooth headset with my business Nokia phone (6820), and the connection between the mobile phone and the headset was not good enough! Quality was poor, volume was low, and the battery life of the unit was poor.

I'm a big fan of Nokia mobile phones, but the headset was not up to scratch. As a result I used it a couple of times and then I put it in a drawer where it has been ever since!

I started with the Nokia HDW but found I could hardly hear even on full volume. The earfitting is thin and broke, had to superglue.

The Nokia HDW-2 bluetooth headset is uncomfortable on the ear, and the connection button has never worked.

My Nokia HDW-2 bluetooth headset lasted less than three months, and it has persistent problems from the word go. The battery life is extremely limited, lasting no more than two to three calls. In the end it would not hold its charge.

Both the large and small clip were painful to wear, cutting into my ear, and both cracked. Super glue did not seem strong enough!

Small, fits the standard Nokia charger, fairly comfortable. Works well with the 3 phones I have tried so far.

I used the HDW-2 headset from Nokia for about a month.

Admittedly, I purchased it online without checking the feedback on this site, relying on the name of it's manufacturer.

Straightaway I noticed a poor quality of sound as well as difficulty to be heard properly by the people on the other side of the line. I also found a problem with the sound volume ending up having to press the device against my ear in order to be able to hear.

From the begining the battery compartmet door kept fa ...

I am using an 8910 and hence thought of buying a Nokia blue tooth headset. I have been using it for last 1.5 years out of which it has been lying in junk for the past 6 months as the battery has knocked off. I am also not getting the replacement battery in India. Need to request someone to get it from UK or from Singapore. Regret taking a Nokia product.

Suggest you look for a decent headset. So many bad points, what a poor product from NOKIA the battery life is rubbish anything from 15-25 minutes, battery has been replaced and so was the original headset. Ear clip is very "breakable" what a disapointment get your act togethr NOKIA.

I've suffered with my Nokia HDW-2 for a year. If it had been cheaper I'd junk it for another. Bad clip design is uncomfortable and they break so easily. The power switch is ridiculously small. Both mentioned in other reviews. As for other controls they are not intuitive to quickly use when driving. No tactile feedback so you end up pressing hard to try and get a result which hurts the ear and end up disconnecting or something similar. The unit doesn't last long without charge. A couple of calls ...
